Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful villa in a beautiful resort! This is our 4th time renting this same villa and it never disappoints. If you have 3 kids, the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom are great. The place is very well maintained and updated. Everything you need is there and the view is so pretty. Villa la Eatancia is close to everything. The service there is great and the pools are fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great property, great place to stay!

Our family had a lovely stay in this property. Unfortunately, the private concierge was not able to be on property when we were there, so hopefully that has been figured out, but other than not getting the "mexican treat" everyone raved about, it did not affect the stay. The pool is good, the beach location is great, the view is great. Transportation is easy to obtain through the general concierge or via taxi. We did not go to Costco, but did go to Wal-Mart. Food and beverage on property are $$$, so I recommend having some snacks and food in the unit. Great stay! Thanks!

A perfect vacation from start to finish

This is our second family vacation staying Villa la Estancia. The property is centrally located and sits on a swimming beach. The condo floor plan is well thought out and all the comforts of home. We really like that the property is gated and there is everything you need including a market, coffee house, ice cream parlor, gym, and excellent restaurants on site. We can't wait to go back next year!

Our family vacation

The location was perfect, close to downtown and the marina. Beautiful views of lands end. Service at the resort was excellent. The villa was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in my daughter’s room had a mattress that was completely caved in the center so no one could sleep there.

Christmas in Cabo

We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Cabo. The property is exactly as described, perfect location. The view was amazing. Salvador was super helpful with arranging our transportation, booking us an excursion and setting up a dinner in the Condo (highly recommend the dinner). The staff of property is so nice. Would 100% book this condo again.

50th Birthday

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 1706. The beds are very comfortable, and the unit is clean and fully stocked! We enjoyed the welcome chips and guac, and took advantage of the private chef option. Diego, our chef, made a meal that knocked our socks off! All this and a perfect sunset from the patio. It was a dream vacay!

Best Time in Cabo!

This unit was perfect for our family. Super clean. Beds are comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. The staff is super friendly. Onsite restaurants are superb. We will be going back next year!

Fabulous vacation in a stunning location.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Far exceeded our expectations. It was like home from home with the added bonus of stunning view and perfect location. The accommodation was fully equipped with absolutely everything and anything you could or would need. Immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. It was in “brand new” condition. The location of the property was perfect within the resort. We had three teenagers with us and they didn’t want to come home when our time was up. I would highly recommend the property and the engagement from the owners in arranging our stay.

Wonderful property

My family just returned from a week in this wonderful villa. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The staff from Bellman, to pool servers and everyone in between were amazing and so friendly. We had a wonderful time and will be planning another trip to this villa again!!

Absolutely loved this unit. We were welcomed by Salvador who prepared us fresh guacamole, pick de gallo and salsa! Delish! Beautiful condo with amazing views. The homeowners are brilliant for having three queen beds in second bedroom - worked perfect for our family of five! Housekeeping service was amazing too, along with front office staff and concierge! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Great property on the beach

Villa La Estancia is a great property that we have been traveling to for years. The property is well maintained and many of the same people we met 15 years ago are still working there. Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything. The property has nearly anything you need from restaurants, stores, a gym a spa, pool and tropical drinks.

Excellent location and property. - Pool is amazing - Valet service - Direct beach access - Plenty of activities on the beach - Brian is a great host - Our 8-year old twins loved the fact that there was a giant floatie in the apartment that they could use at the pool - Nice drinks and staff - Close to restaurants - Indian food options nearby The only minor downside was that the sand was a bit course and the water was a bit rough. In spite of that we loved our stay and would certainly consider going there again.

Our family is so excited to finally own our spectacular Villa in Cabo San Lucas. My husband and I (Brian and Stephanie) along with our three children (Kaila, Kassidy and Ryan) have been vacationing in Mexico for many years and have been looking to purchase a vacation property for over 10 years. But we needed to find the right one, and as soon as we arrived at the Villa La Estancia we knew we had finally found the perfect place.

Why they chose this property

We have over the years visited many different parts of Mexico, every time we always compared everything back to Cabo San Lucas, I remember a Mexican cruise we took and the Kids crying because they did not want to get back on the boat, they love Cabo and wanted to stay there. Medano beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, we especially love it because the kids can swim in the ocean, they spends hours everyday in the surf playing. We also have had many great memories and family fun, in the beach restaurants (The Office, Mango Deck). Brian and my son Ryan love deep sea fishing, this property is an easy walk to or quick cab to the bustling exciting Marina. When the boys go fishing the girls go shopping, still after many trips we never get bored of walking the streets downtown and seeing what the locals have for sale. Many other exciting fun activities that our family enjoys are taking a water taxi over to lover beach to snorkel, the boys are always spotting whales, we love to do ATV trips and horseback riding. So many great restaurants in town. But at the end of the day going back to the Villa La Estancia is such a treat.

What makes this property unique

There is so much to do in Cabo San Lucas, but when all is done and you head back to the Villa, the grounds are breathtaking, the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil, the pools are beautiful, the steak house is incredible. A glass of wine on the patio looking out over Lands End is always the best part of the day.
