Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the reserved covered parking spot was really nice. It would have been nice to have extra pillows and blankets to select or to add to the beds as the bedding was thinner. It was perfect beach, hot weather bedding but I personally prefer more blankets and different pillows. Lastly, hangers in the closet would have been a nice touch. Overall the property was great and you can't go wrong with that view.

Not for me!

Over all this condo was bright with easy location. We found dirty linen in the bathroom and bugs in the kitchen. My big problem was holding your breath on the elevator it should have an air freshener or fan it stinks! Also the elevator door needs servicing vibrates the bed when opening and closing!

Very nice, with a few things that need attention

We like the location of the unit. It's a good size for 2 people. A few things need your attention. 1. The unit needs to be treated for bugs. There were ants, cockroaches, and a couple of other critters. 2. The hair dryer in the bathroom next to the bedroom doesn't work. 3. the toaster knob is missing. 4. the coffee pot lid falls off.

Booking and check in could not be any smoother. Our bed was clean and comfortable and the condo was newly renovated and very nice. Our only complaint has to do with some guests using the pool. Every day during our stay, the pool was taken over by a few people who played loud music, smoked, vaped, and drank beer while in the pool. Between people standing in the pool drinking and several floats on the water, no one else could enjoy the pool. Why have rules if they are not going to be enforced? Next time we will stay somewhere else.

Walton beach with my family for almost three decades, and Island Princess is definitely in the top five of favorite properties to stay. Thanks again!
