Great 3BR, 3BA Beachfront condo. Full kitchen, 2 Pools, Elevator, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Steps away from the water's edge. Restaurants, quaint shops, and Fishing Pier within walking distance. Each bedroom has private bath. One king bed, one queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sleeper sofa. Beautiful master bedroom overlooks ocean and has Jacuzzi, 2 sinks, and separate shower. Bright and airy kitchen and living area overlooking the ocean. Balcony spans accross the ocean side of the unit with entrances from the master bedroom and living area. 52 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD. Air conditioning, dish washer, washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful furnishings. Gorgeous sunsets over the Fishing Pier in the afternoon. A great place to kick back and enjoy all that Folly has to offer. Free WiFi and cable tv. Tile and carpeted floors. Stone kitchen counter tops. Table and chairs on balcony for relaxing and beach watching. Beautifully maintained fenced grounds with private gate. Two parking spaces on grounds available. Beautiful pool on each end of complex overlooking the ocean. Private entrance from pool to steps down to beach. Lifeguards on beach during summer months. Folly vacation

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have stayed here before and it is always a pleasure. Oceanfront with a pool is as good as it gets. Love the relaxing vibe of Folly and love that is is so walkable.

Great vacation spot!!

This is the second time staying in this unit. Location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping are just a few steps away. Charleston is about a 10-15 minute easy drive. Property is always clean!!

Overall a great location/property- some negatives outside owners control such as beach renourishment going on 24 hours in front of property and some outside work on the complex just down from the unit we were in blocking access to one of the elevators

Excellent location, and the rooms were so nice.

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The rooms were clean, and very well stocked with all amenities. I am physically challenged, and has no issues with the room, very accommodating. It was easy check in and out. The location was so nice. We were close to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment. My favorite part was watching the ocean from the balcony . I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

Very relaxing visit. Loved that we could walk to all of the food joints and bars. Sitting in the deck and listening to the ocean was the best. Loved that we could eat in sometimes instead of going out for every meal.

Family Beach Trip

The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently situated near the pier and places to eat. We enjoyed watching the beach restoration process in front of the condo. By the end of the week we had a newly constructed strand in front of us. We had a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

We were here as a family over a somewhat chilly spring break. We were still able to enjoy the area in sweatshirts! Very comfortable condo and we enjoyed a dolphin seeking boat ride, explored Charleston l, went on the USS Yorktown, and visited the beautiful Middleton plantation.

1st time at Folly's Beach

This was our first time at Follys Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing as were the sun rises. Convenient to everything. Park the car and walk to food, shopping, music and the beach!

Great place to stay

Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was our highlight and great place to relax. Not a far walk to the beach access and pool. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would recommend.

I grew up in Charleston and my Grandmother owned a beach house and spent most of my summers at the beach with many cousins. I went off to college and brought my husband back to Charleston with me. We live on James Island and have three children who grew up on James Island with frequent trips to Folly. They all swam, surfed and relaxed on the beach every chance that they could. They are all married now and my Grands are enjoying the wonders of Folly now!!

Why they chose this property

It is on the site of the old boardwalk where my Grandmother's house used to be. It is convenient and as close to the water as is possible.

What makes this property unique

Standing in the living area and kitchen and looking out, it makes me feel like I am on a ship because all that I see is the ocean.
