Our cozy all-season Lakehouse has gorgeous views throughout 1st flr, WIFI, several TV streaming options, & Xbox. Or disconnect from electronics & enjoy plenty of board/card games. Large yard w/ fire pit and gas grill, perfect for gathering, s’more, or games.

During the warmer months, you will enjoy the convenience of being just steps to the beach where you can swim & enjoy our paddleboards & kayaks. We offer beach chairs, sand toys, & outdoor games (Tipsy Toss, Spikeball, bocci ball, washer toss)

Relax on the deck and feel the lake breeze or walk a few steps to the Bohners Lake Beach where you can swim and enjoy our paddleboards and kayaks. You will also have access to beach chairs, and outdoor games (bags, bocci ball, washer toss, and sand toys).

Fun time with the family!

We had a really great time and appreciated the multiple levels in the house. Plenty of space for everyone! As other reviewers have mentioned, steps to all 3 bedrooms are very steep and older/ younger generation may have a difficult time navigating them. Apart from that, house was very clean and it was obvious host put a lot of thought into it. There was plenty available to do indoors and outdoors. We spent majority of our time in Lake Geneva we unfortunately didn't get to do it all. My family wished we'd booked an extra night. Overall, wonderful stay and will definitely be recommending to friends and family in the future!

Great Lakeview Getaway in Burlington, WI

This was my first time booking a VRBO and the hosts provided prompt responses to my questions making this booking a very pleasant experience! The property was very clean, spacious, and literally steps from the lake. I went for a run in the neighborhood and felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, wish I could say that about the hills😂 We were in town for the Dave Matthews concerts and to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday! The Sunday show was canceled due to weather, which was disappointing, but we went back to the house and played games that were provided and had a great time. Overall 10/10 and then some!! I highly recommend this property and we do plan on returning!

Lovely Wisconsin house

This house would be a wonderful summer rental for a family. Even in winter with no snow the view of the lake is lovely. House is very well organized and labeled. Motion lights were very appreciated since we rented in December when its dark. Nicely stocked kitchen including cocoa and smores and the cookware needed to make great breakfast! For us the toughest obstacle was the very steep stairs to the bedrooms. Our 13 year old dog couldn't handle going up or down. Overall would definitely recommend. Reservation, check in and out were all seamless. Thank you for a needed break from our own house!

Great rental!

We loved staying at this property, it was the perfect location to visit family in the area. My kids loved the games and the sand toys, despite it being 65°. The home was cozy and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Will definitely be booking again!

Spacious house by quiet beach/lakefront

We needed a house for our family of 4 (me, husband, 12 YO, 10 YO) plus 3 friends of our kids. This house had plenty of space for sleeping (beds for everyone), hanging out (2 living rooms), dining (big table inside & deck options), outdoor space (backyard, beach steps away) and bathrooms (2 modern full bathrooms). The house won't look this big upon your arrival, but it offers a lot - clean, well furnished and the kayaks & paddle boards were a huge hit with the kids. House was easy to manage as everything was labeled and instructions were clear. Two bedrooms had televisions. Working with Angela was efficient and very hospitable - check-in & check-out were super easy. Very happy with our experience and would return in a minute.

Fantastic rental

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The house is large and beautifully maintained. Direct access to the beach was our main selling point and it did not disappoint. The neighbors in town were all very welcoming and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better lake view than what was provided by the patio there. Would definitively recommend this place to anyone looking for a great lake experience.

Family Vacation

We rented this house for a week with my two sons and 3 of their friends. I was worried the boys would get bored but they didn’t . They enjoyed the kayaks & paddle boards and the X Box. They all had fun. Since we had so many kids we cooked a lot . The kitchen has all the things you need to make meals ,it was very convenient. We did go into town one day because it was raining so went to a movie and another night we went into Lake Geneva, but other than that we spent our time at the house . I loved the deck that looks over the lake . The house was exactly as pictured. The homeowner was responded very quick when I had questions . We really enjoyed our time at this house … very relaxing!!!

Great place by the lake

We enjoyed our stay! The house is all we needed - and well equipped. The view, and being right next to the lake, is great. We also appreciated the kayaks, the firepit in the back yard, the games, etc. Angela was great to communicate with when needed. It made for a great lake escape for our family! Just be aware that the stairs going up to the top floor are quite steep and a little tricky.

Lovely Weekend Get Away

We had a wonderful weekend away at this property! It was super clean and instantly we felt very comfortable. We enjoyed checking out Burlington and of course, Lake Geneva. Our dog loved the hilly walks around the home. The games at the house provided great entertainment for our family bonding weekend.

Very nice getaway

We were looking for a quick trip from Chicago, lakefront view and perhaps some outdoor activities. This place clicks all the boxes. Could easily fit 3 adult couples or a family. Beautiful sunrise sunset from a large deck. 10 minutes to great restaurants in Burlington.

Fun relaxing getaway

We had a great stay at this lake house. Loved the location and view and the house was lovely. Nicely decorated and clean, well stocked kitchen and fun family games. It's true those stairs are steep! Had to be careful, but it was not a problem. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Wonderful getaway

A much needed long weekend break for my family. Wonderful location & beautiful views. House is very clean and awesome attention to details from the S’mores kit to the pet basket. I especially loved the auto-lights, specifically on the stairwells. Thank you to Angela for great response for activity recommendation. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful mini-vacation for our family!

The property was very clean and the hosts were very responsive! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Having the lake right across the street was wonderful and the view was great from the front patio! The backyard is big and was perfect for a bonfire. They had 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard, which was a lot of fun! The only negative about this property are the stairs that lead to the top level. They are extremely steep and are very dangerous especially for dogs or kids (the host does have several caution signs up). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic House with Tons of Amenities

Our family had a wonderful lakeside vacation at this property. The week we went was sunny and beautiful and we spent a lot of time at the beach and on the lake. We were able to bring our boat and dock it at their dock. The house is fully stocked with EVERYTHING too. I thought the rooms would be tight but they were still roomy for us even with setting the cot up in our room for our 3-year-old. The stairs are very steep...I wouldn't even say the steepness is the issue it's more the stairs are just small. She did inform us of this after booking and my mother, unfortunately, could not do them and had to stay downstairs. We had 2 incidents with them in the middle of the night but we quickly learned to leave the light on and she does state hold the rails! It's dark at the bottom and I missed that bottom stair twice but luckily no injuries for us. Leaving the bathroom light on takes care of that issue though. The main floor was comfy and the deck was beautiful to sit on. The basement was fun, we played games down there but sleeping probably isn't recommended since you can hear anyone walking around upstairs if they get up but that's pretty normal for most houses. They made sure the house does have everything too from beach chairs, beach toys, a lily pad, a kayak, life jackets, floats, and paddleboards which were awesome - we loved it! The firepit was very nice, they had complimentary smores but the misquotes cut the fire short at night. The beach had some seaweed lined up when we got there and the very next day it was cleaned along with the whole beach, it's a very shallow beach and perfect for children even our 2 teenagers enjoyed it. The water was super warm and my 3-year-old played for hours there. It's close to Lake Geneva and the Safari place which we took went to for the day. The host was very nice and accommodating with our questions anytime we asked one. All around this house was FANTASTIC and we would definitely rent again. High Recommend!

WOW - Super impressive property!

We were looking for a rental on a lake with a beach to take our young grandkids to. Found this one and, boy, did it deliver. - Clean? So much so that you can practically eat off the floors. Since its a lake house, I expected to find some cobwebs somewhere, anywhere. Nope! - Getting around in an unfamiliar house: there are labels on light switches and cabinets and I don't remember what else. This kind of attention to detail really sets this property apart from others. The labeling allows you to immediately be comfortable in the house. - Amenities? From the proximity to the lake & beach, to coffee & filters for the coffee maker (who else does that?!?!!?), to the firepit in the backyard with the fixin's & skewers to make smores, to the guest book with a TON of local recommendations, to.....to......to....the list goes on. - the hosts? I dealt solely with Angela. She was super responsive before the trip. After we got home, I sent her a message with a suggestion to make something easier for new guests. She replied and I know that she'll do something about it. My wife & I loved it and the grandkids were over the moon. And they want to go back to this same property again ASAP!!!
