WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We've equipped our 3rd-floor condo with everything you and your family may need to start your vacation on the right foot. Our 1-bedroom has an ultra-firm king-size bed and a great view. The primary bath has an enviable shower/tub combo. Our primary bathroom suite does not have a door between it and the primary bedroom; however - there is a door between the bedroom and living area for your privacy. The main living areas include two cozy recliners, a couch with a sofa bed, a dining area for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. As-is, our condo has room for 4 guests.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
- All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to 31st and April 11th to April 20th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Wonderful stay

Good location with beautiful beach view

Except the bed frame making noise sometime when we were laying down, this property is an A+ regarding to the cleanliness and location/front beach view. The wide open kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms made our stay enjoyable. We definitely will recommend this place with friends and family. Thank you!

Great place!

My family enjoyed this condo! It was a great location with a better view! The new couch that replaced the recliners was very comfortable! Condo was great overall and would definitely stay again! Only suggestion would be to replace door keypad as a couple numbers don’t work well!

We would stay here again

We love that it has 3 pools and 3 hot tubs (only one pool is heated). We went in January so that pool was full. Might be better to heat one other one. Love that they have tennis courts (would suggest lining a couple for pickleball and having paddles to use). They have shuffleboard too. Nice view of the gulf!! We would stay here again. Had everything we needed for kitchen and bath for our stay which is nice.

Beautiful views

Wonderful, secure property. Views were incredible from our 3rd floor balcony. Close to all you need...shopping, restaurants and just steps to the pool and the beautiful beach. This was a wonderful week of relaxation.

Everything was great but the cable TV did not work.

We called the management who said someone would come out to check the cable and no one ever showed. We enjoyed everything else but it would have been nice in our downtime to turn on the TV and relax

Perfect location!

The condo was close to one of the pools and to the beach! We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast and again in the evening. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature! The condo itself was clean and spacious. We made most of our meals and had plenty of pots and pans. Our only complaint was that the bed was NOT comfortable at all! Our saving grace was that we were exhausted every evening from being outside all day that we fell asleep easily. Please, get a new mattress - your guests will LOVE you for it!

Property as stated

Good views very quite and safe neighborhood. Condo was clean. A little dated and kitchen faucet needed some tlc. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer a huge plus. Didn't realize you had to go up a very narrow flight of steps to get to the roof but very nice area up there. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Much Needed Vacay

One of the best trips I had this year. We planned on doing more activities but ended up staying on the beach the whole trip. The beach umbrellas were great although we didn't know they needed to be rented first...Lol!! The vendors were really polite in letting us know and allowed us to stay. The only down side was the bed. Both me and my boyfriend were not comfortable, it honestly kept us both up all night. GREAT TRIP OVERALL!!

The bed was super hard and made my skin itch. The sofa bed was hard to get up from as it is very old. The stove only had 3 burners that worked and the showers were extremely slippery. A guest from another condo was parking in the handicapped parking area even though they did not have a handicapped sticker on their car. That was very rude since I am handicapped and have a hard time walking without a cane.

Great view and nice condo!

Enjoyed our four night stay at this condo, comfortable bed and furniture, liked the recliners in the living room, loved the short walk to beach and access to three pools. Only complaint was the water pressure in sinks, very low flow, showers were a little better. We will be back!

Nice condo with excellent view

We loved the huge balcony and ocean views from bedroom and living area. Two suggestions for improvement: privacy curtain between toilet area and vanity area in master and the kitchen sink nozzle is plugged: very low flow. Living area furniture could also use updating but unit was very clean. We would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

All in all this condo was an great place to stay, it was very clean and well kept. The only issues were we couldn't get cable to work in the master bedroom, there was a slight leak in the guest bathroom and lastly there were no spoons utensils to eat with or stir your coffee.

Honeymoon Trip

We loved the location of this property. The view of the ocean was amazing. Unfortunately we barely slept as the mattress in the bedroom was TERRIBLE and super hard. We actually took the mattress from the pull out bed and put it on top, still not great. We likely would not book again because of this. Update your mattress, everything else was good. You might also consider keeping a couple beach chairs or small cooler for guests to use.

Saida II 302

We actually arrived to the rental office and had been assigned the condo below the one we’d chosen, which was fine except we hadn’t been notified of this. We also arrived the Thursday night after the polar vortex week so they’d been without power and water. All that being said , we had a wonderful long weekend. The unit was clean, we had a beautiful view, the pool and hot tub were warm, and the downtown dining was fabulous. My only complaint was that the master bathroom had no door, which left you exposed on the toilet and in the shower. There is a guest bath however if you want privacy. We also appreciated this being a gated community with an actual person at the guard station.

The view from the balcony was fantastic! So relaxing and during our visit a quiet mature crowd (it was Jan 29-31). Close by attractions and walking distance to restaurants and other stores. The facility was very clean but a little worn.

Nice Getaway
