Weekend visit
Awesome unit with beautiful views of the bay & partial view of the ocean. Booked a 2 bedroom unit. Was actually 2 separate units. 1 with a kitchen & living room, 2 baths & bedroom and 1 with just a bedroom & bath. Surprised they were separated but ended up being great. Owner super responsive too. Would book here again.

Too many unknown extra charges
Once we got there, we found out there was a charge of 30.00 a day for parking also another charge of 35.00 for more fees. I have stayed at other resorts in Florida and never was there these extra charges. I will not be going back. Once we got to the room, we did not an ice maker we had trays, ok we can deal with this, but it did not get cold enough to freeze the ice all the way, next the refrigerator quit as well. text the manager she got someone the next day by that night they had changed it out. The water in the condo if you take a bath is very brown. All the appliances need to be updated. You should have better at the prices we are ending up paying.

Loved our stay! Close to the beach! Great view! Excellent communication with the host!The only thing I would suggest is more supplies for the kitchen. It was difficult to cook too much because of the lack of kitchen supplies.

We had a great time at the condo. It was super clean and in a great location. The staff on the property--from those at the front desk to those on the beach--were friendly and pleasant. The pool is a bit small and the area could use some updating but we just stayed on the beach.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The room was clean and well equipped. Great convenient location. Beach staff were always accommodating and helpful. Kitchen provisions are limited so you will need to buy staples needed for your stay. Ritta was accessible and quickly addressed some minor issues.

Perfect Getaway!
We had a spectacular time at Marena's Beach Resort! The property was amazing and the staff was extra fabulous. Our only suggestion would be to perhaps have some basic items in stock in the kitchen and maybe investing in a Brita filter pitcher. We were there for 4 days and even if we bought small cooking items we needed basic things like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Ritta the manager was very nice and responsive! We will be back!

The best beach
I enjoyed the views from the room and the 2 balconies! I loved sitting outside but the best was the actual beach right there. The resort fee includes chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We’ve gotten up very early to watch the sunrise on the beach. There weren’t big waves and the beach was beautiful. It’s mostly families at the resort which is what I realized I definitely prefer than the craziness of South Beach. Just beware there is traffic in Miami so plan accordingly!! We didn’t eat at the resort since we had restaurants we wanted to visit and we also didn’t use the pool because we were all about the beach. Valet was quick to bring our car and the staff were all nice and courteous. Since it was my friend’s bday, her aunt in Europe called the hotel and had a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate strawberries waiting for her in the room when we came back from the beach. I would love to come back.

Beach Retreat
Best experience on the beach all round. The service, checkin process, beach access, beach bar, the rooms, the views. This is a complete package and this is where I plan to return.

My first time at Marenas and we had a great time. Plenty of space in the apartment. 3 FULL baths is a HUGE plus. Only kink is that you can hear the neighbors but overall, would stay again.

Ideal location for a beach vacation!!
This was perfect for our stay! The 3 full bathrooms came in handier than we predicted, and since the hotel/building is located on the beach, it allowed us to maximize our time beachside ideal! Short drive to Miami if you want to be there, but it was nice being away from the crowds of south beach. Highly recommend!
