Fabulous Higgins Lake

Wonderful home on Higgins Lake with a spectacular beach front. Owner pictures for some reason don't highlight the beauty of beach area. Nice chairs, dock with steps, fire pit, clean water, lots of sand and you can walk out hundreds of feet before it's even up to your waist. No muck or vegetation. Good beds, lots of kitchen ware, fun basement, large deck off the house. Many, Many positives to this home but one thing to be aware of is that if you are planning on using the apartment over the garage, it is very warm and never cooled down while we were there.

Perfect Getaway.

This house is the perfect place to enjoy your time away from home. It has everything that you need. It was very clean and felt like home. We had so much fun sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by on the dock. We sat at the Big dining table and had dinner all together. It was the Best weekend. What an amazing week in paradise!

Our family of 7 enjoyed another amazing week at Higgins Lake. This is our second year staying at this lovely home. I could sit on the deck all morning long and just admire the beautiful view. The water is glistening- the perfect place to start the day! Our grandsons enjoyed jumping off the dock, wading far out into the crystal clear shallow water to explore and playing baseball in the yard. The game room was a big hit in the basement. Plenty of room for all of us. The owners are great and the neighbors are friendly. We made lots of “lake life” memories at spectacular Higgins Lake !

Wonderful Stay on Higgins Lake

Amazing property on beautiful Higgins Lake. We were blessed with great weather and were able to rent a pontoon boat, use the firepit, etc. Barb was a wonderful communicator and made sure the dock remained in until after our visit. We were even able to check in early. Highly recommend!

Awesome home for family gathering

This house is such a Beautiful, clean and fun house to stay in. We had a fabulous time using the kitchen to cook our meals and then using the Big table to eat together. The picture perfect open living room is a seller. The balcony was Great to sit and enjoy the water. This house has Everything. So many Wonderful memories made this weekend. Perfect Lakehouse Vacation!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 grandkids had the most glorious week at Higgins Lake! You walk in the front door and head to the large deck, where you are greeted by the most beautiful crystal blue water ! You feel like you are in the Tropics rather than at an inland lake! The lake house was clean and spacious- perfect for our large family to spread out. The game room in the basement and the large yard provided lots of fun options for the grandkids when they weren’t jumping off of the dock or tubing. The path that runs along the lake allowed us to take relaxing walks in the evenings. The owner was charming and quick to answer any questions we had. We laughed a lot and made lots of great memories! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We WILL be back!

House on Higgins lake

This house is so organized, convenient, light and clean-it was perfect for our 3 couples stay. It’s definitely can accommodate more people, has so many bedding places. It was perfect to cook in the kitchen, overlooking the lake. Even in the days when obviously we couldn’t swim -we found a lot to do. We did yoga on the lawn, facing the lake -unforgettable experience, we observed the lake by pontoon, we enjoyed cooler night sitting around fire-pit near the lake, there is a beautiful scenic walk along the lake. Unforgettable experience, very easy communication with the owner. She responded promptly and gave good advices. All the appliances were great brand and in excellent condition. Having lunch on the big deck with 2 tables was my favorite time. Clean, peaceful lake, green grass, blue skies and sunshine-what to wish more in September? Great place to stay.

We were only here a short time but we had an enjoyable stay. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures online. The water was beautiful and the property has a large lakefront yard! Communication with the owners was very easy. They respond quickly and willing to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, would visit again!

The home was beautiful, and very clean. We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids, there was plenty of space for us both indoors and out. We stayed 4 nights and spent most days playing in the yard, kayaking, or just sitting by the water while the kids splashed around. Evolve was exceptional to work with and the direct communication with the property owners closer to the stay was great as they were quick to respond and polite. We would definitely visit again.
