The cabin was big enough for 9 of us to sleep comfortably. The hot tub was amazing. There were not enough towels for hot tubbing and showering. Overall is a great place.
My husband and I booked this cabin for a family trip with our adult children and grandchildren. We really liked the location, in the woods but very accessible.
The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a good variety of cooking utensils and pans. We appreciated the ability to sit down for meals around a nice, big table.
The fire ring was used for a campfire our last night. The supplied roasting sticks was a nice touch!
I had a couple questions and Eric was easy to contact. It was a really good stay and we would definitely recommend!
Thank you
The king size bed was like a rock. I may as well have been sleeping on the floor.
Other than that, the property was just great.

Lariat House
Awesome location and very beautiful and functional home. Poor communication by staff. We could not get the door code sent to us after many requests over 36 hours prior to arrival. There actually was a photographer at the house that gave us the code as he was leaving and we we’re arriving. Hot tub jets did not work. Water would not be filteted so we couldn’t use it. We let two bats out from upstairs. The fire ring and outside table was a great bonus. It rained a couple of days and house was a little chilly. The fireplace pilot light was on but the knob to turn it on was removed so we couldn’t use the fireplace. We are normally not so needy but we paid a lot for amenities that were not functional. Everyone got one towel and one wash cloth. So bring a extra towel ladies if you need one for your hair. The worst was poor communication. Most likely not stay again
Eveything was as listed and very beautiful. We did find a pair of underwear in one of the bedrooms from a previous renter. The hot tub controls were broken, but the management kept us informed about getting it fixed. Overall this place had plenty of room for a nice family vacation.
It was a beautiful cabin, very spacious and the perfect place for my family to spend a few vacation days before we sent our soldiers off to boot camp!!
We had the coziest little Halloween season getaway here. Everything we needed and more was inside. The hot tub was great and it was cozy at night. We did lose power for a few hours one night but it was fixed.

Spider House
Cabin was lovely. Location was beautiful. Lots of space. My one complaint is that there was a spider infestation under the hot tub. They consistently crawled up the hot tub and into the tub and even into my friend's hair which was fairly traumatizing for her. I attempted to contact the owner/management and received no response. The hot tub was the main reason we booked this property. This time of year booking a cabin in Idaho, the hot tub was essential, so we were very disappointed. The property is nice but I would never book here again. SPIDERS!! Also the shower curtains were moldy.
Our family enjoyed staying at this cabin. One of our 3-year olds thought it was Christmas Day when he woke up the next morning. Indeed, the place looks like a great place to celebrate Christmas with family. The covered front porch is awesome, as well as the balcony from a bedroom upstairs. I would stay there again in a minute!
Our only pondering is that the cleaning requirements at departure changed from the time we first saw this property in Vrbo to the time (a few days later) when we actually booked it, with more expected from guests. However, the price was lower when we booked, so maybe that’s why. All in all, we’re glad we chose this property and made many great family memories!
Our family of 8 had an amazing time at the cabin. A little bit off of the beaten path, but that is what we wanted. A real cabin in the woods with animals, but within reasonable distance of both YNP and Tetons.
It was a really great cabin, plenty of room for everyone! So glad it had three bathrooms, since we had ten people staying there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our dinner meals. The beds were comfortable and we slept great out in the woods without all the city lights. We even saw a moose not far from the cabin two days we were there. Neighboring cabins were far enough away that we had lots of privacy and quiet. We enjoyed the 30-35 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park every day. What gorgeous scenery! We went for a hike one day not far from the cabin near Jefferson Peak; the wildflowers were beautiful and at their peak of the season. We made some wonderful family memories that we'll never forget! We would love to come back another time! We certainly recommend staying here!
We loved this cabin so much for our stay in Island Park, ID. It was a beautiful and spacious cabin for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. We saw a lot of wildlife in the area around the cabin including a mama and baby moose right in our front yard. We also saw elk and deer. We chose this location due to its close proximity to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, but we were also blown away by the beauty of Idaho. We visited Mesa Falls, Big Springs, Jonny Sacks Cabin. Harriman State Park, and Henry Lake State Park which were all a short drive from the cabin. We also floated the Snake River. There are grocery stores and and a few restaurants nearby. The cabin manager and owner were both responsive to any need that we had. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin!!
We had a great time staying here. The property was scenic and made a great destination getaway. Everything was perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Needs some improvement
The property needs some attention. Everything is very worn out. The front steps are not safe. The pavers around the property are not safe. The property has a ton of gnats and bugs flying around. I messaged the property manager and I got just an excuse and no remedy. Thus cabin could be fantastic… just needs some $$ put into it.
We really loved the location and the quality of the cabin. The hot tub was great at the end of a day visiting Yellowstone, especially on the colder days! The hosts met us onsite when we got there and were super kind and accommodating! The area is beautiful and secluded. We really loved our stay here!
