A private and funky one of a kind villa and retreat center overlooking the ocean, Spirit on the Water is nestled into the cliffs on the northeast side of St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. This retreat includes three main pods built into the cliffs along the ocean's edge, offering 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor common areas. The Main Villa, The Vision, and The Treehouse are connected by shared decks and community spaces, perfect for everything from yoga and stargazing to hanging out by the fire pit next to the infinity-edged pool.

The Main Villa
The Main Villa is the heart of the property. As you walk through the arches from the driveway, a serene mountainside courtyard reveals itself to your right. A few more steps, and you find an expansive open kitchen with an ocean backdrop to your left. Just outside the glass doors, coral stone decking paves the way to a stunning glass-tiled infinity-edge pool. This communal area includes plenty of comfortable seating and dining areas. The Main Villa features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:

The Main Villa also includes The Celestial Room, a large living, meeting, and playroom with a candle-filled fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable seating to enjoy ocean views.

The dramatic open kitchen is open to the courtyard on one side and the beautiful coastline on the other, fully equipped, including an icemaker. A kitchenette behind the great room features additional catering needs with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven.

The glass-tiled saltwater swimming pool is 32’ x 18’ with an infinity edge and a 10ft x 5ft lounging ledge. The area includes pool floats and comfortable outdoor seating around a firepit. Steps lead down to a large yoga deck suspended over the oceanfront jungle, with yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters available. Just off the yoga deck is a stairway down to The Vision.

The Vision
The Vision is a unique 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom cliffside villa with a large community room and wraparound balconies offering unparalleled ocean and star views.

Upper Level:

- White baby grand piano, ample seating, 18th-century daybed, large plasma Smart TV
- 1.5 bathrooms with a shower offering full ocean views
- Sunset terrace with seating

With the constant breeze coming off the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing along the shoreline, the ACs are seldom needed. All bedrooms are supplied with soft linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

The Treehouse
The Treehouse is a large studio apartment to the right of the driveway, overlooking the ocean. It features:
- Small kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and microwave
- Queen bed, two twin beds, and a twin daybed
- Table and chairs
- AC, ceiling fans, and tower fans
- Large semi-outdoor bathroom with magical ocean-view shower
- Balcony with hammock chairs, connected to the Main Villa via The Branch
- Oceanfront deck with seating for dining


Accommodations
We can arrange beds to accommodate 8 couples in queen beds in separate rooms upon request.

Additional Services
Spirit on the Water aims to exceed your expectations. An on-site property manager is available for assistance and privacy. We offer support for business needs like printing or mailing documents, and pre-arrival and concierge services are available for an additional fee.

Transportation
We are happy to recommend a taxi service that we work with frequently. If you decide to rent a vehicle, we recommend a jeep or a vehicle with higher suspension as the roads on St. Thomas can sometimes be tricky.
