Recently renovated 2 level home ready for your dream vacation. A five minute walk to the beach and quarter mile from grocery stores and restaurants. The Cape has everything you need for your next Outer Banks getaway!

Located on a corner lot at Mile Post 10, The Cape is on the ocean side of the highway and includes a recently renovated main floor, 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and lower level den.

If you want to be in the center of it all, The Cape is the place for you! Centrally located in Nags Head at the 10-mile post, local seafood restaurants like the Red Drum Tap House, The Kill Devil Grill, Mama Kwan's, the New York Pizza Pub and the Outer Banks Brewing Station are just a short distance away. Outer Banks attractions such as the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, And the Nags Head Fishing Pier are less than a 10-minute drive from The Cape as well!

Featuring sleeping for 8, updated appliances and furniture throughout, The Cape has everything your family needs for a dream vacation. The Cape also includes a formal dining room, and a crow's nest to soak in summer sunsets.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and then relax on the crow's nest enjoying the salt air breeze. After a day of fishing on one of the Outer Banks famous piers, clean your catch on the outdoor cleaning station and fire up the outdoor grill. After dinner, enjoy a family movie night on the new 55" HD TV.

House was clean, comfortable. Had a garage which was a plus to keep our motorcycles in during the time it was raining. Also had a nice fire pit in the back to sit around and enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay.

Guys Fishing Weekend
We went down for a fishing weekend out of the Oregon Inlet. The house was perfect for 4 guys. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The coffee maker worked well. It looks exactly like it shows on the photos. Thumbs up.

We had a great stay at the property. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything listed was provided. There is so much to do and see in the area. The location was a perfect distance to explore areas to the north and south of Nags head. The host responded quickly to any questions I had.

Girl’s weekend
This was our second stay at Malinda’s wonderful cottage. The location is just perfect for the restaurants and shopping we wanted to do for our girl’s weekend. A forecasted rainy weekend turned into the most beautiful two days we could have asked for. Thanks to Malinda for letting us stay again. We will be back!!!

Perfect Getaway
This was such an excellent rental! The home had everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. It is centrally located, just a short walk to the beach. There are beach chairs at the home. The home was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of space for preparing meals and nice dining area. Beds were comfortable. Outside shower convenient for washing off sand. There is a tree swing, picnic table, and fire pit in the back yard. The bonus room on the lower level is great for teens/young adults. The upper deck is a great spot to relax with a good book. All and all, just a perfect stay. Will definitely book again next year!

Quick family trip to the beach
Good location near the beach, however, very close to the main road so you can hear the car and big trucks at night. Also would have been very helpful to receive a notification that the house does not provide towels or bath rugs which I find extremely odd. I guess I missed it in the listing, I’m a young mom and pregnant so a nice reminder would have been helpful in the instructions to the house. Lastly the house was clean but had a musty smell. I’ve been at much nicer rentals but for the price it was fine.

We have each been visiting the Outer Banks since we were children and are so excited to finally have our own little piece of paradise. We look forward to sharing our home with our guests.
After looking at many homes in the area, we were delighted to find this one. The previous owners had made renovations that really made it stand out.
