Blue Moon West is ideally located just 150 Feet from the gorgeous white sand beach and shallow turquoise swimming waters that Spanish Wells is known for. The cottage boast captivating views of the ocean and tasteful island décor with beautiful outdoor porches that are optimized for full enjoyment. The large open living space is accented by high ceilings and white shiplap walls creating a bright and airy ambiance throughout.

Blue Moon Cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the lower level with another bedroom and bath upstairs making it a great home for families or friends who all need their own privacy. This pristine residence is completely outfitted with everything you will need to make your vacation a memorable and pleasant experience, including central A/C throughout, Cable TV and Wifi Internet, laundry facilities and an outdoor shower. There are also kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas and BBQ Grill for guests’ enjoyment.
We also have a pack 'n' play & highchair for infants!

Great vacation!!
Great stay! Great location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The area is so beautiful and we plan to return next year. One thing that I would suggest is new beach chairs and new fry pans

Our first time stay at Blue Moon West is sure to have a repeat! Utilizing three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a bonus for our family group. The beds were extremely comfortable, the living area as a great room was efficient for those cooking and sociable for guests. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, even to make a birthday cake! The island always feels very safe and the property was extremely clean. We loved everything about the Blue Moon West and recommend it highly to those wishing to stay on Spanish Wells.

Blue Moon West
The condominium was conveniently situated near the oceanfront and a variety of restaurants. The beach towels, paddleboard, kayak, and beach chairs worked well. We rented a golf cart to facilitate our travel within the town. Rebecca provided excellent recommendations for various restaurants and half-day excursions on the water.

Perfect location if not staying directly on the North side beach. House was lovely and just like the description. Plenty of space for all of us, 7 in total including 5 20-somethings. We used the kayaks and paddleboard, plenty of snorkle masks and fins. Only thing missing was oven mits and enough beach towels, we only found 4. Beds were all very very comfortable (husband had back surgery a few years ago) but could use a few newer pillows. All in all it was a fantastic place! Can't wait to return.

December Getaway
This is our 7th year in Spanish Wells and it never disappoints. The incredible water and beach to the friendly and helpful locals makes this a perfect vacation spot. Booking with Darrin is always a breeze and he and his great staff are always there to help with any questions or concerns.

This house was everything we could have wanted. Comfortable, well equipped, steps from the beach. We loved kayaking in the morning and exploring the sandbars in the afternoon. Great location on the island, not far from anything you'd need. Would love to come back here!

The house was amazing! Very clean and only a few steps to the beautiful beach. Darrin was prompt answering my many questions and helped make our stay one to remember. Sara was also very helpful arranging for amenities that we needed and gave us suggestions on things to do. This is our new favorite place to vacation. I’m going to recommend this home to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

WONDERFUL!!
We loved our time at Blue Moon West. The walk to the beach took less than a minute. We loved our mornings on the second floor balcony and getting to know the neighborhood cat who we named George. There are a plethora of beach towels and chairs to use. Another table on the other side of the beds in the downstairs bedrooms would have been nice, but, we made due.

Island Paradise
This was our second time staying at Blue Moon West. This year we were there for five glorious weeks! We love this house, we had friends for four nights, and family for one week ( 4 adults), during our stay; everyone had their own space, own bathroom, open floor design of kitchen, dining room, and living room made the house seem so spacious! Beds so very comfortable. We just have two suggestions : New pillows and pillow protectors needed and new slipcovers for wicker couches/chair for living room would be most appreciated going forward. We have signed up to return again, next winter 2025 and look so forward to our time there. Perfect location and home for us. We live all the light that shines through.

We found a gem at Blue Moon West
We had a wonderful time at our home away from home. The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of towels, beach towels, detergent, etc…..primary bedroom/bathroom comfortable; our friends stayed in guest room next door, with their own bathroom facilities, for the week they stayed with us. Plenty of outside furniture with comfy cushions surrounded the deck, kayaks and paddle, and fat noodle available to us….airy, light, high ceilings made this home seem bigger than it was. Both property manager, Sarah, and new owner so accommodating. We are thrilled to be able to sign up for five weeks next year. Enjoyed every minute of every day! Many, many thanks for the BEST time ever.
