Had an absolutely incredible stay in this lovely garden apartment - it felt like a true home! The place had everything we needed and the owner was fantastic and helpful throughout our stay making it as comfortable as possible. I also have to mention how comfortable the couch + blanket combination was - it made for a great place to come back to after exploring the city. Perfect location and safe neighborhood with some street parking too! Thank you very much!

Great location for visiting SF
The apartment had all the amenities mentioned in the listing and Katie was quick to provide any sundries we ran out of. It is on a somewhat busy street during the day but is quite quiet inside because the apartment is set back with a pretty rose garden in front.
There are several coffee shops within a few blocks; also a supermarket and many restaurants on Filmore (just a few blocks more). In the other direction we walked to the Presidio which has many walking trails and beautiful views of the bay. A bus on California street took us out to Land's End and the Legion of Honor.
We were delighted to be staying is such a pleasant place. Many thanks to Katie!

VERY COMFORTABLE STAY
This was our third stay at the Victoria garden apartment and we again found it to be very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is convenient to public transportation and to many good restaurants.
Katie was a very helpful hostess. We hope to return again to this property on a future visit to San Francisco.

I spent 3 weeks in Katie`s apartment while visiting my children. The clean apartment has a nice size very well equipped with what I needed, was even able to prepare a dinner there. My assumption that it could be too noisy because of Divisadero Street was just an assumption, it is quiet during the night, and there is no other disturbing noise . Katie has been extremely helpful, towards my arrival and departure since I travelled from Europe, always responding to my questions.
In short: I felt very comfortable staying in her apartment and communicating with her.
There are restaurants down the street, but more so in the Filmore district, only a few blocks away by walking or bus or the other direction in Laurel Haights. Bus-stops are really only a few steps away, taking you to every direction.
This place is ideal for visitors, who do not want to stay in the Center with all the other tourists and get some quiet time and explore the other side of San Francisco without the usual tourists. If you want to live like a local, this is the place.
I like to recommend Katie's place and this location and hopefully I can be back.
Thank you, Katie.

Clean Apartment in a Great Neighborhood!
We had the pleasure of staying in Katie's apartment for 5 nights. The apartment is nice and clean and has good lighting. The neighborhood in Lower Pacific Heights is quiet and very nice with many beautiful homes. A short walk away is Lyon Street where the famous steps are if you want to do a great outdoor exercise when you're in town. Easy access to get to the Golden Gate Bridge to go to Sausalito and Marin County. Great place to stay and we look forward to hopefully staying there again in a future visit!

Excellent accomodation & location for visiting San Francisco
Very nice clean and comfortable apartment for 2. In an excellent location for visiting San Francisco close to local shops and restaurants and within easy reach of the sights. Getting around using Uber and Busses no problem and we felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood at night. Dealing with Katie was very easy and efficient.

Very clean and cozy apartment
Although on a fairly busy street, the noise level was not a problem. The front room had a comfortable couch and a big wide-screen tv with cable service. Kitchen space was small but adequate. Katie was very sweet.

Great little apartment!
This was a wonderful place to stay while we were in San Francisco visiting our granddaughter. The apartment was just big enough and very clean. The bed was great. Katie was SO responsive - even for the little of things. We left our keys in the apartment after we had left and locked the door and she was so nice in letting us back in to retrieve them. I was concerned about noise, being on a main street, but it was perfectly quiet - especially at night. Good location - easy to walk to anything you need. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Katie!!

Beautiful apartment in nice location
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Katie's lovely garden apartment as a base for our week in the city. Neighborhood is full of interesting houses, a very nice park and many good food options. Convenient location for outings in various directions. Nicely furnished apartment met all our needs and Katie was available as needed to answer any questions and make us feel at home. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and look forward to a return stay when we visit the city again.

Good choice for San Francisco
Katie's garden apartment was a delightful, clean and comfortable place to stay for the five nights we spent in San Francisco visiting family. We were able to get around the city very easily using cabs and the bus service. The variety of local eateries and restaurants encouraged us to eat out and are only a short walk away from the apartment.
We had a lovely time with family and appreciated being able to return to the apartment to relax. Thank you Katie for having us.

A Great Find in San Francisco's Pacific Heights
We stayed at Katie's apartment for two months. It was a convenient location. Very pleasant, clean. Easy and safe entry. The location was convenient to Mollie Stone (up scale grocery), fabulous pastry shop (B. Patisserie), movie theater (Vogue), and Laundromat. Katie was a wonderful gracious host. We would highly recommended it.

Ideal location for home base in San Francisco
We found this garden apartment in Pacific Heights to be ideally situated for touring San Francisco. We walked extensively and used public transport and were glad to return to our own apartment each evening without the noise and hassle of hotels. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, and bus stops close by. We would not have enjoyed the vacation as much in any other type of accommodation.

A Gem of an Apartment in Pac Heights!
This lovely one-bedroom apartment in Pac Heights was a wonderful home base for us on a recent trip to visit our son. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though it is on a somewhat busy street. The bedroom does not face the street, so no noise issues there. Katie was such a gracious host....she and her family live upstairs, so she was handy to meet us when we arrived. The pictures are very true to the nature and character of the apartment....no surprises at all. Everything was perfect! The neighborhood has groceries, coffee, bakeries, restaurants, and shops.....everything you need for a mini-vacation in SFO! We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone!

Vacation to SFO to attend the first 6 races of the America's Cup
This garden apartment in Pacific Heights was perfect in every way. It was actually better than the description! It was close to public transportation and less than 30 minutes from the airport.
The owner had a welcome packet filled with everything you need to know while visiting SFO. And she was only a phone call away if you happened to need her. Which we did once when we got lost!
Everything my husband and I needed for a wonderful stay was in place when we arrived. The restaurants in the neighborhood are unique and delicious. Dino's on Filmore was our favorite. For breakfast we enjoyed La Boulange on Filmore. For essential groceries Mollie Stones was an easy walk.
If you plan on visiting SFO, and you want a perfect location to stay, this is the place. My husband and I will be back.
