Sleeps 2 Comfortably and 4 Creatively!
1st floor- A new Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook, and the new bathroom with shower. Take the stairs to the loft - master queen bedroom with its private TV and seating area.
Your new bed is prepared with quality bedding, which includes luxury sheets, pillows, and comforter. Extra bedding for the Futon. Towels are also provided.
Cottage is perfect for 2 Adults. We are happy to discuss 2 children as additional guests.

Walk to Marginal Way, shops, restaurants, and of course, the Beach. Trolley service at the curb means, leave your car parked and explore the best of Ogunquit!
This delightfully adorable cottage is the “baby sister” to the Grand Victorian in front that sleeps 15. If available, it could provide additional privacy to a larger group reservation.

June to September minimum 7 night stays -Saturday to Saturday.
Check in Saturday at 5:00 PM
Check out Saturday and must be by 10:00 AM
Off season preference is for 7 night stay, however we will accept 3 to 4 night stay as well.

Fantastic location, cute cottage

We rented the “little house” along with the “big house” for a large extended family vacation, and were very happy we did. It was great having the extra space and bathroom. It would also be nice for a couple traveling alone. The hosts were great, we had everything we needed, and you couldn’t ask for a better location in walking distance to everything.

3 Words ..." RENT THIS HOUSE"

This "little house" had everything we needed and more. Loved it!! Our stay was very pleasant. Everything inside was new, clean and shining. Beds and linens were comfy. The location was the best. The convenience of parking the car and walking everywhere was such a bonus. Lisa & Kate were very welcoming, they didn't miss a detail. We will be booking again this year!

Lisa Ciampa-Hurley (big sister) owns and operates Simply Sisters Silk Screening, a screen printing business in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Our family spent our summers in Ogunquit, in this beautiful family home. My Mom would have the car packed and and ready to go. She picked us up on the last day of school. Mom drove straight to Ogunquit to spend the entire summer.
As children we made friends for life. Many of our childhood friends remain in Ogunquit, it is easy to keep in touch, they stop by and sit on the porch to catch up. Our Mother brought us to Ogunquit Beach everyday, rain or sun.There was always something to keep us busy.
We Love this House!
