Nice and charming apartment with excellent location. 10 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta downtown and 10 minutes from the Marina, time estimated with public transportation. Spacious and nice decorated spaces. One main bedroom with a king size bed and a big closet. The living room is an open space that has comfortable sofas, one sofa bed, TV and a dining room for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A full bathroom. The entire apartment has AC.
Excellent for up to three adults or a couple with two children.
Close to restaurants, cafes and a mini super (OXXO).
It includes one laundry service per week (7 days).
