Fully furnished ocean view condo in south Maui by arguably the best beach in Maui. The 2 bedroom unit has a king bed in the master and 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom.
The kitchen offers granite counter tops, back splash and island range oven. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We do not have A/C.

We have on-island manager for 24hr. Emergency and non emergency for your protection.

Satellite lock box for late arrivals...1/2 night rate for late departures when available.

Great location

Beautiful oceanview from the lanai, just a walk across the road to the beaches, and walking distance to great food and a cold beer. Great daytrips for taking in the island, or heading to the north side for great food.

Perfect location!

What a beautiful condo and location. Right across from one of our favorite beaches. Special bonus are the lanai sliding doors that open nearly the length of the unit.

Inexpensive, Clean Lodging Near Great Beach

Two beds two baths allowed my friend and I plenty of room. Kitchen has all you need, including a blender. Beaches near here are fantastic for snorkeling, kids, sunbathing, swimming. Small waves and very little current. Great state beach and preserved coastline to the south. Mattresses good, kitchen has been updated.

Paradise

If you are looking for a beautiful stay with all you will need for daily life, this is your place. Clean and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. I was worried about no air conditioning, however with the sunshade and the amazing trade winds, you will be comfortable. The management is amazing to work with. I would definitely book with them and this condo again.

Perfect location!

Excellent location only a few steps away from one of the best beaches in Kihei. Our favourite part of the condo was the large lanai with the views of Kamole 3 beach. We would open the extra large sliding glass lanai doors to cool off the condo. Never found the lack of air conditioner a problem. The owners were very easy and professional to deal with. Hope to return!

It wasn’t the cleanest. Patio doors would not close all the way do we couldn’t lock them View of beach was good. Had some issues with the door code on the last day. But the on site manager was very helpful

A great view!

Overall, when I check into a booking I expect cleanliness and for it to be functional and SAFE. It was not. Outdated interiors, dirty carpets broken lamps, closets filled with owners belongings, no place to store luggage, but most importantly the sliding door to lanai would not close properly and had to leave it open which is a huge safety factor. Handles to front windows broken so no way to get alter air coming in. The kitchen was the only room that was updated and pleasant. I’m sorry to have to give such an update but it has troubled me greatly to finally make a review. The cost of this condo was way overpriced for the situations that I came upon there. It is important for future guests to understand what needs to be taken care of in this unit before booking. It was a great location but saddened my vacation and was jaded by the shape of this unit.

Room wasn’t clean upon arrival.

The code to enter didn’t work at first. Has to call for correct number. Then when we arrive the room hasn’t been clean from the last tenant. Not how we wanted to start our trip especially been on a very long flight. After about an hour or so time someone came to clean the room.. it’s took way over two hours to bring the room to cleaning conditions. Very upsetting , we didn’t have time to even put on swim suite or to process the situation. Owner granted us some money back. Not an ideal start to a trip, not sure if I would use the app for booking again…

Maui park shore condo

Location of condo was good. Had a lot of issues with water in condo unit. Showers were very difficult as the water would stop for several minutes into it. Due to new appliances and not being installed correctly or installed and created damage to pipes we had no cold water for at least half of the stay. The no a/c made it very difficult to sleep or do anything in the condo with the heat. I understand maintenance needs to be done. But was very inconvenient to have so many water issues along with pest control which required us to be out of the unit for at least half the day and were unable To sleep in. We were on vacation and weren’t planning on walking up prior to 8am as that was no need for us too. The amount of money we spent was not worth the stay.

Great location....

Over all the place was okay, just ok....key code was wrong so delayed getting into the condo, owner was quick to get us the correct one, Microwave didn't not work ( schedule to be replace day before leaving), refrigerator was full of left over items from the previous guest, ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Luckily there is store not far away. Very out dated but that is listed so we know that it would have the well used feeling. Hard time finding the beach stuff, some in the closet, some under the beds and in the kitchen . Didn't miss not having AC, fans keep the bedrooms cool at night and shade for the afternoon sun drop the temperature inside. Over all 2 plus stars, location is fantastic, very close to beach, restaurants and stores and the price was right.

Home with everything we needed for our stay

Loved the condo, which was stocked with everything we needed for the two-week stay. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, even some bottles of aloe for days when we got too much sun. The communication from hosts was great and check in was straightforward.

Perfect place to stay!!!!

This condo was perfect, it had everything in it and the ocean view was perfect, pool was clean, the grounds were cleaned daily, all rules were enforced at the said times, we will be back to this unit!!!! Worth every penny, loved the clean unit, Beds were very nice and comfortable. Thank you Linda, got veryprompt responses when I asked a question.... Will highly recommend!!! Thanks again for a lovely vacation!!

Great Apartment - Great location

We had a week in Jan 2018 and had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment has everything you could need for a holiday, we loved the beach chairs. The beach is across the road and several restaurants nearby.

Great location for exploring the island with lots to do close by!

My family loved the condo. It was a home away from home with a second bedroom with twin beds for the two teens plus their own bathroom. We used the lanai a lot and enjoyed looking out on the beautiful Maui coast. There's a great kitchen that's well-stocked. The open floor plan is great for spending time together while in the kitchen, the living area and the lanai. If you read other reviews, you might note that this condo no longer has AC, but it has lots of fans and with the screen door locked at night we felt 100% comfortable leaving the doors open in the front and back to allow for maximum breeze. The owner has ceiling fans in every room, including the bathrooms, plus there are extra fans to position where you need them. We snorkeled at the beach across the street and were greeted by sea turtles everyday. This area of the island seems perfect for access to all you want closeby! We are already planning to come back soon!

We enjoyed our time in Maui, it was our 3rd time to stay at Maui Park Shore. Its easy, convenient and cost effective. Our Unit was clean and comfortable. Dealing with Linda was extremely enjoyable. We would highly recommend the property. Being across from Beach III made it easy to enjoy the sun in close proximity to the condo.

Great condo in terrific location!

My two young sons and I had a great time at this condo, which was in impeccable condition when we arrived and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is brand new and has all the cooking gear you could possibly need, I loved cooking there. There were 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board, as well as small cooler. The best thing about the condo is the lanai and the view! the kitchen and living room have wall to wall sliding doors to the very large lanai, and has a beautiful view of the beach across the parking lot and the street. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The trees at the beach cover the spot where the sun sets, but you can still see the changing colors of the ocean and the sky, it was spectacular! The complex is right across the street from Kamaole beach IIII, which after visiting many beaches in Maui, I concluded was my favorite to spend the day. It has a lovely cove with lots of rocks with coral to snorkel, without having to go very far, so perfect for children, and I saw at least one big turtle there everyday. Next to the cove is a longer strip of sandy beach with enough waves to do body surfing, without the waves being too strong, and a lifeguard, so it is perfect for children and for relaxing in the water. There is a pool in the complex too, not huge, but good enough for relaxing when the beach is too windy. Just a few blocks away there are shops, places to eat, and snorkel gear rental places. Highly recommend Maui Gelato, just a few blocks away or 3 minutes by car, had the best shaved ice, locally made gelato, and Belgian waffles. There is a healthfood market nearby, and a regular market too, and just a few minutes more by car there is a Foodland supermarket and the Kihei Kalama village with more bars, restaurants and artisans. The owner of the condo was very friendly and accommodating and responded right away to all my questions. We found everything just as it looks in the pictures, except the living room that had brand new sofas, actually nicer than the ones you see in the picture! The entrance is on the opposite side of the lanai, facing Haleakala and the backyard of the complex which is landscaped with tall tropical plants. The two bedrooms have windows facing this side, which meant that every morning I woke up listening to tons of birds, it was truly magical. Overall, I think staying in Kihei was a great decision and I would definitively stay at this condo again if I come back to Maui!!
