Newly renovated with brand-new beautiful decor and furnishings in the colors of the sea, this one bedroom second floor condo is a relaxing retreat. Ample windows allow you to enjoy an ocean view, delightful morning sunshine, and if you like an ocean breeze. Enjoy your morning coffee from the terrace watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and white sand beach.

The fully equipped new kitchen has granite countertops and white hardwood cabinets. The living/dining room boasts a leather queen-size sofa sleeper, leather recliner chair and ottoman, dining table and chairs, bar unit, and wall-mounted flat screen cable TV. The bathroom and the shower are done in tile and marble. The floors are tiled throughout and there is wireless internet connection available in every room.

At the end of the day retreat to the private bedroom furnished with king size bed and flatscreen cable TV for a quiet escape.

Thermostatically controlled central air-conditioning assures your year-round comfort in this exquisitely decorated Hollywood Beach retreat. The condo comes with a free convenient reserved parking space. This beautiful condo is located in one of Hollywood's pristine boutique complexes, the Oasis Surfside, and is steps to the white sand beach.

The complex includes a beautifully renovated, private, heated pool furnished with ample chaise lounges and tables with sun umbrellas for your days in paradise. The canopied courtyard is complete with a barbecue grill and dining tables and chairs for your enjoyment. For your convenience the unit is equipped with washer and dryer and there are two on-site laundry facilities in the complex.

The Oasis Surfside is located on the legendary Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, just five blocks from Jimmy Buffet's newly opened Margaritaville Beach Resort. Hollywood Beach is a classic Florida beach town that has enchanted visitors since the 1920's. Often compared to quaint European and funky California beach towns, the character of this inviting area is all Florida. Evening strollers, morning joggers, bicyclists and roller-bladers share the brick paved, beachfront thoroughfare with those enjoying the dramatic coastal views from the many cafés and bars along the way.

Wonderful and relaxing

This extremely well-equipped condo is also in a perfect location, close to the boardwalk shops and restaurants, but just far enough into the residential zone to be peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed every minute!

Great property with everything you will need for your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property. It has everything you need for your trips to the beach-umbrellas, chairs, beach towels. The property is also very well supplied for any cooking you want to do too. If we had a question the manager was very quick to answer our questions and get us what we needed. The location of this property could not be any better. It’s steps from the beach.

Poor Upkeep, Needs Repairs Fixed correctly!

Stayed about 10 nights Loved the Location and unit could be great BUT, They do not provide much of the things shown in photos that other owners provide. A knob is missing on upper cabinet, windows very dirty souring the view of ocean, I requested they be cleaned with no response. Thought that was the least owner could do considering the unfinished interior walls. Yes drywall repairs, very rough drywall mud patching around every window! Not a little but large repairs, not sanded or painted. Leaving us to embarrassed to have others over to our unit. This made unit very getto much below standard of what we paid for and shown in online photos. We took many pictures and I am sad that VRBO does offer a way for me to post them, so you can see what unit is like for real.

Our Time in Hollywood Beach

This condo was so perfectly located in the heart of the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Fantastic views of the ocean, which was steps to the beach. Everything we could have needed for entertainment and dining was right within seconds of us stepping out of the condo. The property also has many snowbirds, who made for absolutely fantastic neighbors for the 8 days we stayed. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4, and everyone made us feel as if we were right at home. We we have mostly vacationed on the gulf side. But we will definitely be back to this location in Hollywood Beach! Louis was a fantastic host!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to cook and hit the beach/pool. The view is spectacular and the walk to the beach was perfect. The neighbors were the best! We already plan to stay again!

This condo is in the perfect location. Easy access to the broadwalk and beach. The condo is recently renovated so everything was new. Has a few beach chairs and umbrella. Beach towels and linens included. Door has a keypad so no need to worry about keys. Had eveything we needed.

Hollywood Broadwalk condo

My husband and I enjoyed the condo right off the Hollywood broadwalk. You could walk to the beach and many restaurants easily from the condo. The pool was our saving grace since there was so much rack on the sand and water than we didn’t go in the ocean. I was very surprised by the king size bed and it seemed bigger than the square footage. The internet tv was disappointing for my husband because the channels were limited and it keep going out. I would rent this condo again.

Perfect Location

Perfect location, beautiful ocean view, steps from the broadwalk. Unit is well furnished, clean with lots of natural light. Having our morning coffee out on the balcony while watching the sunrise was the best.

Awesome location and condo!!!!

This was our second time staying in this condo at Oasis. We love this location, the beach is a minute walk away, you are walking distance to great food and night life, and Mr. Pronto and his daughter Elaine was very friendly and helpful. Both times we have been there we met awesome people that are condo owners and renters. We would highly recommend this condo or any of Mr. Prontos condos. We will definitely be back again.

Great vacation!!

Loved unit #12 at Oasis Surfside! Great view from balcony, very clean. King bed would be better. Heated pool and broad walk make this a must stay. Had the pleasure of meeting Louis. Love Hollywood Beach Florida and Oasis Surfside. Such a great location with a well kept updated 1 bedroom condo!

My Oasis

This is actually our second stay here. The 1st time was wonderful, but it was nice this time to walk into the upgrades that were made. Like all of the other reviewers have stated, it's in the perfect location, close enough to places to eat on the broadwalk, but on the quieter side with the best view at the Oasis of the beach. Louie has the place stocked with everything you need. I believe the bed is a double & it's on the firm side. The place is very clean as well as the pool which is nicely heated. We didn't get to use the grill, but there were people grilling in the courtyard enjoying their meals. It's also nice that they have a laundry room if you need to do wash. Free parking is a plus. We walked by places that were directly on the broadwalk, but we would still pick the Oasis #12 over them. I can't wait to go back! I miss it already

Awesome stay

We stayed for 9 days, and Louis was very accommodating to our requests - could not ask for a better host. The condo is very clean, AC is great, shower has strong pressure - what else could one ask for?! Oh yes, it's steps from the beach!

Great location! Perfect for family of 4!

Our family has visited Hollywood Broadwalk area several times & this condo was the best yet! Few steps from the Broadwalk/beach. Perfect location to shops,restaurants, night entertainment etc. Balcony was nice-ocean view & perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Pool area very nice & clean. Very spacious for a one bedroom. Owner was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We would love to visit again & stay in Unit #12!

PERFECT LOCATION - Unit 12 was fabulous. Owner was quick to respond and very helpful.

You will love this place. The location is perfect yet quiet. You can see the ocean from this 2nd floor corner property. Not directly on the boardwalk but a few steps away. Nice balcony, very clean, well equipped with just about anything you could need. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Hollywood FL. Enjoy!

My family has enjoyed vacationing at the Oasis for three generations dating back to the '60's. We have many fond memories of family vacations at the Oasis and continue to visit frequently. We are sure you will enjoy making many fond memories of your own!

The beach/ocean view from this unit is stunning! We love the central location of the Oasis. Right next door is Charnow Park with a children's playground, family pavillions and paddle ball courts. The boardwalk offers something for everyone - a quiet walk, jogging, cycling, shopping, rollerblading, outdoor cafes, music and boardwalk concerts and theater.
