Beautiful location. Great outdoor areas. Furniture, old and uncomfortable. Poor responsiveness.
This is a gorgeous house with lots of very cool amenities. Hot tub was wonderful and got used almost every night. We had a hard time working the movie room, and never received a response to our inquiries. The bedrooms are extremely bright with inadequate curtains. Really a simple fix. One of the bedrooms in fact has skylights with no coverings. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the furniture is also quite old and uncomfortable inside the house. Outdoor seating was great. Outdoor space was great. Dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced. Nothing that was significantly concerning, but at this price point, without direct lake access, we really expected the furniture to be quite a bit better. The musical instruments were super cool and we appreciated access to them. Lots of bikes available. Lots of helmets available. It’s really a great house, just need to do something about the price or upgrade the furniture.
We stayed here while our house was being restored from a water leak and we loved this house! Location was beautiful. The theater was our favorite part!

Needs Work
There were many things in the house that were missing batteries, didn't work, or were not connected. I'm being generous with the "4" rating. It's more like a 3 1/2.
Lovely home that was well furnished and had many fun extras like the trampoline and sauna. Loved the expresso machine. Kitchen was well stocked and views from the top balcony were excellent
Our host Rick was wonderfully accommodating in ensuring we had a great stay at his property. The place is absolutely lovely & has all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. It is hosts like this one that has restored our faith after a not so great experience with Vrbo
My family from across the nation flew in to celebrate my birthday, and we had a Wonderful time!! The place was idyllic, peaceful, and well needed. The host communicated clearly and often, and we couldn’t have been happier.
We had 3 families stay at this property and it was great having 3 different levels for us to spread out. Beautiful kitchen with everything you could need to cook and newly renovated bathrooms well stocked.
Fit our group very well. Plenty of activities to do on the property. Cold and rainy in January so used sauna and hot tub. Infant gates on stairs. Great stove and oven. Only one bed was declared as lumpy. Nice bathrooms with two awesome tubs. Dishwasher was well used but worked. Easy entering and checking out processes. Easy to find and well located to 520
The house was a great place for our family to get together for a wedding. Plus, there was a hot tub, a spa, and bicycles. The location was right next to the lake. Fantastic vacation!
My spouse and I hosted the members of our wedding party here so that everyone from out-of-town could stay together throughout the wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and just as depicted in the listing. We had our hair/makeup stylists join us at the house, and our photographer got some excellent shots of us all getting ready. The lighting is superb and there's lots of areas for everyone to gather and also have private space to themselves.
Everything we could have possibly needed, we found at the house - including a music speaker! We managed to fit all the cars we needed to in the driveway, though we did have to plan who parked in which order.
The only inconveniences we had were minor - some couches would have been more comfortable if they were pull-outs, there was an unexpected lack of towel hooks, and we had some trouble figuring out what light switches did what (some seemed to do nothing?). But overall, a wonderful place to stay and prep for our wedding day, with just a few minor quirks.
A very relaxed atmosphere and large home with lots of activity opportunities offered by the hosts! Kitchen is perfect for large groups to gather while making meals together with a chef-style range and ovens! Views of the lake and privacy, too! A bonus!
Property had everything anyone could hope for. All the bells and whistles. The location is very peaceful. Close to the water, right on the bike trail, and near to the town. It is far enough out of town to feel like you are out of the rat race - but 15 minutes and you are in downtown Bellevue or just 6 minutes and there is a whole foods with everything. My kids LOVED it! Thanks Rick it was a blast!
My husband and I stayed at Rick's property in September 2020. We had a small family gathering with several households coming together to spend time together during the day, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy spending time together while being careful about social distancing. Just what we were looking for!

Disappointed
Very misleading, no beach access, instruction for tv needs to be updated, beds very uncomfortable, landscaping was done three days of our stay unpleasant smell, very overpriced, access to trail is nice, but lots of road noise, I would not recommend this place
My family (2 adults and 3 kids under 6) stayed here for a long weekend. We are a local Seattle family but wanted a little getaway on Lake Sammamish. Gorgeous master suite, huge kitchen, theater/game room and plenty of space to spread out. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner, Rick, came to our rescue! We had a great time.
Our family (with two young boys) had a great time at this wonderful property. It had everything you could ask for (and more!), and was so well located. Rick was very helpful with initial communications and was always quick in responding to questions. Definitely worth it in every way.
The house was gorgeous and very spacious with lots of bedrooms and a homey feel. Backyard, patio, and decks were also very spacious with nice views of the water. Hottub was a great time. Host was fantastic in communication (with prompt responses and messages) with all home details and how to work some the appliances at his home.
We had a great time hosting an event at this property. It's gorgeous, massive, and has some incredible facilities (looking at you, backyard sauna). Rick is also extremely communicative and always responded to us quickly whenever we had a question about the property.
