We loved the property. The cabin was beautifully furnished and the view of the water from the front porch was wonderful. Although we left a day early due to bad weather, we would definitely book again!
The cabin was very clean and moderately stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed to convenience of being less than 2 hours from so many beautiful state parks.
It was lovely. After we found our way around it was perfect. I have family there going through a tough time so the peace and comfort of this was just what we needed. Thank you so much!! We would love to come back!
Second time staying here and we will be back! Love the house, the river, and how it feels like home. So relaxing. We would’ve stayed longer if we could have. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful location!!
The mountainside and creek provided a beautiful, relaxing backdrop while cozying up to the firepit. We hiked Stone Mountain and went back to the park another day to do some fly fishing. The cabin was as pictured and described and comfortably provided all we needed for our stay.
We had a nice time. The view of the Little River was calming and pretty. It was nice to sit on the porch and hear the water. We went into town for lunch and then went on a hike at Stone Mountain Park. Also went to a nearby (30mins) winery! Overall a great place to stay.
We had a great stay at the cabin! It is better than the pictures! This location offers a quiet and relaxation experience and we certainly enjoyed that. The sites in this area are beautiful as we enjoyed several long drives in the area. Quite a find!
We had a amazing time in this beautiful cabin on the river. It is in a cute town called Sparta and it had everything we needed. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It is very homey and they even had cabins on their silverware just one of the cute details I noticed. The shower had great pressure and plenty of towels and toilet paper. It is not far from blue ridge parkway which is beautiful and one of our favorite things was Stone Mountain. We did a 6 mile hike and it was worth every piece of pain I felt for three days later just beautiful views of the mountains of North Carolina. We fished on the river in front of the cabin every night and caught some trout and other fish. It is in a gated community and even though there are houses in there this cabin is far enough away from them that we felt we were on our own little slice of heaven. When I say heaven I truly mean it. We had absolutely no complaints and would book again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place we enjoyed every minute.
Enjoyed our stay! Our visit to the cabin was just what we were wanting. So peaceful to sit on the porch and hear the river. We spent all our time there when we weren't in town, and grilled every night while there. The cabin is so nice and pleasant. We will definitely go back!
Beautiful Cabin with Gorgeous Deck, right on the River
Everything was simply fantastic! The home was well appointed with everything we could want, communication with our hostess was excellent, and the relaxation level listening to the stream flow on by was off the charts superb-- EXACTLY what my wife & I were looking for as a mountain get-a-way for a few days! SUPERB.
The property was just as described only better! Beautiful, relaxing and everything you could possibly need was provided.
Ena was an exceptional host.
We highly recommend this

We were both born in Cuba. Came to the US at a young age. Both grew up in Miami and met here in beautiful NC. We live in the small bedroom community of Kernersville NC.
Why they chose this property
Since I can remember, I have longed to be by a river. I know that when I am near the feel and sound of a river, there is something so healing and calming that words cannot describe. So when the opportunity presented itself, we felt like this place was a God send. We cherish every moment we spend at the cabin and would one day retire here. This is truly a little piece of Heaven.
What makes this property unique
I love the front porch swing, and how it feels to just sit there. Every season bring with it a different feel. The river is spectacular with its ever changing flow. There are large mature trees overlooking the river on the mountain side. Sometimes the wind flows in such a way that you can hear nature talking to you. Wildlife is abundant. I love the decorations on the front porch.
