Welcome to Seascape Villas 3004, a beautifully furnished vacation paradise just a short walk to one of the islands best beaches!! This inviting and comfortably furnished non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is located between Coligny Plaza and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines Plantation. The owners thought of everything to make sure his guests felt right at home!!

This villa is all on one level and is a 1st floor entrance. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. Just off the kitchen is your dining area with seating for four and a comfortable living room with new furniture and Flat Screen TV. Just off the living area are sliding glass doors that open up to the deck overlooking the salt water pool and grounds. The bedroom offers a queen size bed (New May 2020) with Flat Screen TV with bathroom located just off the hallway. This villa also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Seascape Villa complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There are two pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests. The cabana includes outside showers and separate male & female restrooms.

The unit was close to the pool but March is a little too early to enjoy that amenity in HHI. Beautiful beach walks begin about 250 metres from your front door.The condo has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, the living area is great for two, the TV is easy to use, the bathroom is adequate, the outside deck is shaded and a great spot to watch birds, the washer/dryer unit works great. The bedroom was spacious with enough closet space. The Queen bed wasn't good and really should be replaced. We would definitely recommend this resort/unit!
