About this property

Cute, cozy, convenient! 1 mile from the beach & 1 mile from the village!

Our island getaway is lovingly decorated with a touch of the sea, and has lots of extra touches to add to your vacation experience. Our townhome has a kitchen, half bath, and living/dining on the main/walk-in level, and two bedrooms, laundry, and full bath on the second level. Its most unique feature is our little, fenced back garden with a picnic table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio in a comfy patio chair.

Tucked away off of Mallery Street, community is conveniently located less than a mile from the village pier, restaurants, and shops in one direction and less than a mile from beach access in the other. It is also just around the corner from a beautiful public park with tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, as well as baseball fields and a children's playground.

Our community is small and peaceful. We always feel safe and comfortable in our community and on the island. And for added peace of mind, there are parking area security cameras.

Long Weekend

The house was wonderful. Quiet, cute neighborhood! Very clean and comfortable. The property manager came over and gave us a full tutorial on how to access everything and where everything was. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

The property manager was excellent to communicate with and made our arrival and departure easy. The home is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family's needs. We enjoyed the available board games and shared pool. If we were coming to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Clean and quiet central location for SSI getaway

Clean, quiet and convenient two story townhouse central to island village, beach and attractions. Property mgr. Melissa met us at the door to show us the door keypad and answered all our questions. Nicely fenced outdoor patio for morning coffee or dinner.

Perfect Staycation Getaway!

We used this property for a staycation for friends coming down to visit in our sweet little hometown and it was PERFECT! The owners were so responsive before, during, and after the stay! The property was in a perfect location, clean, spacious, it had everything we needed, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! We 100% recommended this property if you are looking for a place to stay on SSI that is close to beaches and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood! Will definitely book again.
