Berber carpet throughout the rest of unit; Dining table with 6 chairs; Textured beige sofa; Red textured armchair w/ footrest; Leather armchair w/ footrest; Bob Timberlake Patio furniture; Bob Timberlake paintings on walls; Extras: comfortable den, board games(located in 1st bedroom closet), views of the pond from almost every window. Max occupancy is 10 persons.
