LeVent Condo Eagle Beach
We enjoyed our stay at LeVent on Eagle Beach. Natalie and Mike were very responsive. Getting in and out of the condo was very easy. Excellent, detailed instructions. The condo was beautiful. Excellent view of the water. Short walk to Eagle Beach which is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely rent again.

Wonderful place to stay in Aruba!
This unit is absolutely beautiful! We are 5 adults. The master bedroom and bath are huge! The 2 other bedrooms are of good size. Beds are comfortable. The unit immaculately clean upon arrival. The view of Eagle Beach and pool are gorgeous from the unit. The outdoor deck is huge with comfortable furniture. There are beach chairs in the laundry room which saves having to rent chairs on the beach. Only needed to rent umbrella. We did self check in and out very simple. The property owners are lovely and very responsive. We highly recommend this VRBO property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Condo & Great Location
We were a family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 small children). The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the pool, the ocean and the beautiful sun sets. The condo was set up with the master on one side, living area in the middle and 2 bedrooms on the other side. It worked perfectly for our family. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The hosts answered questions we had and kept us updated on check in and check out process. I certainly would rent from them again.

Aruba Levent Condo
This condo was so perfect for our first time family trip to Aruba. The property itself was very well maintained and I appreciated the pool area and common areas were cleaned daily. The condo itself was just as described and was very well stocked. There are beach towels, chairs and a large cooler supplied in the closet which was perfect for taking across to the beach or for when we spent the day at Baby beach. There was a starter supply of basic items as well as a few items we didn’t know we needed but came in handy- a large reusable grocery bag for example as the markets don’t supply them. Eagle Beach area is less crowded than the Palm Beach high rise area in terms of beach traffic but it was close enough that it was walkable if needed to get to the Palm Beach section for shopping and food options. We also saw several people using Birds to get from one area to another and there is a flat, wide, walking sidewalk that runs directly in front of the property. The view from our room overlooked the pool as well as beautiful ocean views. To access the beach area you do have to make a short walk down an access road and cross the street but all of condos in this area sit behind that road front. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so we didn’t have any communication with the property managers but we were given specific self check in instructions and everything went smoothly. Wonderful first visit and can definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely place but difficult owner
Although this unit is lovely (as pictured) and is in a wonderful location near a gorgeous beach, I would never stay here again because of our interactions with the owner. Even though the listing states that the unit can host 7 people (and indeed it can), the owner insisted on an added charge for over 4 guests. In addition, the owner tacked on a charge for damages that were clearly present upon our arrival. There is no shortage of units in Aruba. Find another one.

Amazing Place
We booked a short family trip to Aruba and came across this listing and are very glad we did! The host was very friendly. The condo was even better than we expected from seeing the photos. It's quite a large condo inside. Everything is very nice. There's a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The beautiful pool area is down below. The ocean is a pretty quick walk. There's a nearby grocery store and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. They leave a good amount of start up stuff and the only thing we needed to buy extra was an extra roll of paper towels while we were there. In four days, everything else they supplied was sufficient for us. What an amazingly beautiful place and if we ever find ourselves back in Aruba, we absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!!

Excellent luxurious condo. Wonderful ocean view. Beautiful Eagle beach right across the street. There are beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella in the unit to use on the beach.Nice pool and hot tub at the pool and was never crowded. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!!
This Eagle Beach condo is the perfect stay in Aruba! Our teen and our 8 year old each had their own bedroom & bathroom. Everything was in perfect working order and the beds were comfortable. Daniela, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was bigger than expected and so was the balcony! We loved having use of the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Remember to bring your K cups! The condominium complex itself was just the right size. Plenty of loungers - no stress looking for a seat or saving a seat like other resorts in Aruba! Traveler's tip: Next store the Paradise Villas have a restaurant where we would go for breakfast or lunch or for Pina Coladas! There's even a back entrance from LeVent. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!
We had an amazing stay at Condo 503 at the beautiful LeVent Condominium Resort at Eagle Beach! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 as our kids were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space and super clean. The owners and property managers were very attentive and answered any questions and addressed any needs we had immediately. The view is gorgeous (spent every morning on the giant balcony watching the ocean). Short walk to Eagle Beach and chairs/cooler were provided. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful as well. We would 100% stay here again!

This was our first time to Aruba and we loved our condo on Eagle Beach. Our place was a luxurious 3br/3.5ba condo at Levent and we absolutely loved the condo and ocean views!!! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Simply Outstanding
We stayed at this fabulous property for a week over New Years. I can't say enough about the incredible experience. This unit is perfectly placed on the 5th floor overlooking the beautiful Eagle Beach. Perfect view at all times of the day and night, but especially at sunset. Not a better place on the island to enjoy the end of the day, The unit itself was sparkling clean and offered top of the line furnishings and appliances. The three bedrooms were terrific with their own in suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the pool and Eagle Beach. There was also a 1/2 bath in the living area which kept people from having to journey into a bedroom to use the facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped to meet all your needs. Beach chairs are in the unit and ready for the short walk across the street to the beach. The gym was great and had all new equipment ready for use. The pool and hot tub area were pristine and a team of folks showed up early every morning to make sure everything was in place for the day. The overall location is absolutely perfect. Eagle Beach is out of the craziness of the Palm Beach high rise hotel district offering its own top of the line of restaurants and the best beach on the island. Being out of the congestion but still only a few minutes from the action is a huge asset. You get the best of both worlds when staying here. The Condo also has 24 hour security with a guard shack that houses the most friendly personnel you could ever hope for. The owners were attentive and willing to do whatever necessary to make your stay the dream vacation. I can't say enough about the experience. We rent houses all over the Caribbean and this ranks up there with any of the 5 star locations we have visited. Paradise found in Aruba!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Natalie & Mike's place on Eagle beach. The unit is gorgeous - even more once you see it in person. Eagle beach is a 30 second walk away, and stunning as always. Our on site property managers were incredibly responsive and thoughtful (they notified us of grocery stores being closed on Christmas day, and stocked the fridge for our arrival). The owners (Natalie and Mike) were also incredibly responsive, and communicative throughout the process. We would return in a heartbeat! - Team Karim

Beautiful settling, awesome location
Great set up for ourselves and two of our kids. Everyone has their own bedroom suite with bathroom. Fully functional kitchen and laundry. We suggest renting a car to best utilize - short walk to the beach, but even faster in your car with your gear in the trunk. Great pool with comfy chairs and even a hot tub.

GREAT PROPERTY
Love the property ... amazing view, spacious, clean and bright. Completely equipped and close to the SuperMarket. Staff were responsive and friendly. The beach is a short stroll away. We walked miles on the lovely beach each day. The pool and patio areas were also nice. You can easily explore the island with a car rental. Parking is provided. Minor glitches were remediated. Only negative was with the installment payments and deposit return process. While I was inconvenient, and frustrated, the owner eventually resolved the matter.

Beautiful sunset views!
We rented this property for 8 nights in February. It was exactly as advertised. It was even more beautiful than the photos. It is situated on a less populated section of Eagle beach. There is no need to fight for space on the beach or by the pool. The view from the large balcony is spectacular. One small criticism is that the property could use better and more plentiful balcony furniture. There are 2 padded rockers and 2 chairs with a small bistro table. We arrived and were met by the property manager who swiftly fixed an issue with our room key cards. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for our family group of 4 adults and one child. I especially appreciated having the extra half bath. The property could have easily accommodated at least one more person . The sofa is not a pull out bed and would be a bit too soft for a comfortable place to sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern appliances and fixtures. The only complaint was for the dryer, which seems to not be ventilated properly. It got very hot and took a very long time to dry clothes. A drying rack was supplied, which we used daily. Towels and linens provided were of good quality. There were 3 high quality televisions. I brought my own streaming device and we were able to stream movies with the included, excellent WiFi. The property is very well managed. There are people cleaning and maintaining the building and pool area constantly. It is a very new property and has a wonderful vibe. The occupants are mostly retired aged couples. We had no issues at all getting loungers by the pool or parking spots right next to the entrance. We rented a car. I highly recommend a car rental to explore the island. I talked to a man who was renting a unit in the Levent condos for 6 weeks. He told me he walked to the nearby Superfood as needed. It is a bit too far to walk with groceries in my opinion. The guard at the gate is available to call a taxi if needed. The gate guards were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property. It affords its occupants with high quality, modern comforts of home in a lovely setting. The views cannot be beat from the 5th floor unit and the floor to ceiling windows. You cannot go wrong choosing this property for a vacation.
