About this property

This charming, updated condo is conveniently located minutes from Weir's Beach in Laconia, and can comfortably accommodate six guests in its two bedrooms. The bedrooms include a queen bed in each plus a new sleeper sofa in the living room.

The home comes complete with a newly renovated kitchen, updated flooring throughout, two full bathrooms, a large 55 inch flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace in the living room. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, window AC unit, and a flat screen TV with cable access. Dine and relax outside on the patio with a private gas grill and landscaped lawn while enjoying the scenic mountain views.

Please note that while this is a ground-level condo, guests must use steps to access the home, as there are multiple stairs to get from the parking lot to the building, and steps to get to the home from the entrance of the building.

Onsite amenities include a newly renovated salt water pool with several patio tables and chairs, public gas grills, a kids playground, tennis/basketball courts and a coin operated laundry facilities next to the pool area.

The condo property is located a short walking distance to the Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee activities, nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Gunstock Mountain is a 10 minutes away while a 45 minute drive you’ll arrive at Loon and Waterville Valley.

Property photos misrepresented view of the lake. There was none. Stairs from parking and into condo dangerous, uneven pavers, poor lighting, steps steep. I actually feel into the main entry as I caught my shoe on entryway step.

Absolutely loved this condo. Super clean and up to date. Love love the patio !! Huge plus. So close to everything and the pool is a huge plus. Can’t wait to book again

Excellent place!

We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was perfect for what we needed. An easy check in and checkout process and a great space located near lots of things to do! The pool was clean and definitely kept my toddlers occupied! It is definitely a hilly property, tough to get in and out with strollers but excellent overall! Would highly recommend!

Laconia Adventure

The condo was excellent, had everything we could need. It was bright with great decor, loved the patio and barbecue grill. Would definately stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Nice, clean and well equipped

We enjoyed staying at this property. My only complaint was access to the unit. I wanted ground level condo because my daughter was recuperating from surgery during this stay. The condo is ground level but there are many stairs down to the unit from the parking lot. This made it difficult. Not a good choice for elderly people or those who can't do stairs. Even though the description says ground level it would not be good for older or handicapped individuals.

Nice condo

It worked out well for our summer vacation. Two minor issues… there were no comforters on either bed. We had a flat sheet and light blanket, and was a little chilly and night. The other minor issue was a little bit of a musty smell… was covered mostly by air fresheners in each room, but smelled like it might have taken on water in the past.

Friend and family vacation

Great area to vacation. Stayed with family and friends. Group of 19. We all rented several condos. This condo was exactly as listed. Fridge was broken when we arrived but when I called they were quick to send a repair man and fix it. Very friendly management. Had a great time.

Very Compact

This small condo was fine for our needs - a place to sleep for a week. We spent the rest of our time at our friends in the area. There were several cons, though. We didn't receive the entire address from NR. There was also no explanation for what we did receive. When Chrissie called me on the road, she should have gone over the details of the address instead of asking me if I had everything I needed. I didn't know I didn't have the entire address. This condo was advertised as a ground unit and it is, "at the back sliding door". "Ground unit implies no steps and this is definitely not true. From the parking area there are 10-12 steps to go down or a steep hill to climb down. At the entrance there are about 6 six steps down to the front door. The front door is below ground, not ground level. Between the steps and front door it is definitely a one person area. The very small kitchen has no dishwasher and that surprised me for a rental. I also couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink so I had to wash the few glasses we used individually, instead of a sink of hot soapy water. Not very sanitary for a rental.

Great Location

We visited in June and had a great time. The location of the property was great and within walking distance of all the attractions. The property itself was beautiful, cute and well taking care of. The staff that helped us set up our stay were absolutely wonderful and were able to answer all my questions prior to our visit. You will find all the amenities of home here, full kitchen, clean rooms and a BBQ grill out back. We are hopping to return again next year. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to unwind!! :)
