Beachfront Oasis 1st Floor, 2/2 Ocean view condo, 6 guests. Balcony, pool. Beautiful decor.

Great ground floor to be able to walk out your slider to the pool and beach. This unit has enough bedding to sleep 6 and great seating for 6 at the dining room table and 4 at the bar area. Very comfortable, big couch in the living room. Great size television in the living room. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a queen and double bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a television in each room!! Call now to book this unit!! Even though this a ground floor unit, you still get an awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean on its private patio area. The complex has a large pool, security gate, beach access and parking for 2 vehicles. You will soon be sitting in paradise with this one!

Great view!

The best part of our stay was the view and accessibility to the beach. It was so nice to walk out the back patio and head straight there! The location was nice as far as getting around to other areas. We came during the fall so the area was not busy. The room itself was great for our family of 4. There were a few small things that could have used updated around the unit but nothing major. I loved how much dresser and closet space was available! Overall a great trip!

Great location

Great location with easy access to the beach. Grass area in front of the condo was great for the kids. Overall a good week at the beach.

The good and the bad

Location was great, layout of the unit was very good and the view was excellent. We did not see the apartment on line as the one we choose was not available due to the balconies being upgraded. We were informed of this prior to our trip and the replacement was not chosen by us. Hence the 'ok' for the accuracy of the on line listing The apartment was very dirty. Greasy stove and wall behind the stove and dust and who-knows-what-else at the base of the stove. Some wine glasses were dirty. Only one pan was usable, altho there were plenty of dishes, etc. Dirty washcloth on the shower curtain, someone else's hair on the floor of both bathrooms, hand held shower in first bathroom twisted and hard to use. It was extremely dusty....glad we did't have much sunlight until the morning we checked out. Honestly looked like it had just a quick sweeping..dust on and under everything. The silk plants were covered with dust. The door to the back bedroom didn't close. A small plastic cup was on the floor by the head of the bed in the back bedroom...easily seen if the floor had been cleaned. We were told the unit had recently been refurbished but it certainly did not look like it. Guess the sliders in the living room are fairly new...the header for the old curtains was left there and unpainted. That one is a bit picky, I know, but clearly not something that should have been left undone if it was newly refurbished.

Another great visit to Amelia Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had alot of space for us. The A/C cooled great, although the unit seemed to get warm to us in the middle of the night...but that was probably just us. We really like the privacy of the fobs needed to get to and from the beach.

Had a really good time.

Overall excellent. Unit itself could use new sofas. Dishwasher worked fine but is crooked in cabinet and difficult to close. Missing light bulbs and non functioning lamp (in master bedroom, on right side of bed). Very much appreciated cleanliness of unit and all the property.
