2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, with 2 living rooms, clean kitchen, large rear screen lanai room, private rear patio with gas grill overlooking green lawn and private front porch. Second living room has Murphy Bed cabinet that opens to a queen bed making a 3rd bedroom. Located a short walk from the white sand beach to St Pete Beach, and easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Nice green landscape. Laundry on site. You are walking distance from tropical hang outs, art destinations, trendy shops, fine dining & unique beach bars. We have rented since we bought it, with same folks returning every year...consequently we have minimum reviews. All our properties review at 4.8 to 5 out of 5.

This triplex is centrally located to many St Pete Beach restaurants, shops, and of course the BEACH.
What makes this property unique
Door to Master bedroom suite provide privacy to bathroom and bedroom. Guest room has twin beds. 3rd room has Murphy Bed cabinet that opens to a comfortable Queen bed, making a 3rd bedroom. Nicely furnished for a family vacation.
