Cozy A- frame cabin near Dollywood, 2 king beds

Mountain Recreation is located just a few minutes away from Dollywood and Parkway. It is secluded and private with a beautiful recreation area for your relaxation.
A hot tub inside the gazebo and fire pit area with a mountain view outside of the cabin make this place very unique and enjoyable. Two to three parking spaces are available for your convenience.
Unauthorized pets penalty is $300.

Amazing views! Great location

This property had an amazing view and a great location with plenty around to do in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.

Rustic paradise with a view

This clean, rustic, well appointed property was even more upscale and beautiful in person. It had everything one could need and we were surprised with enough starter kit essentials to last us the week. The view was spectacular and the outdoor setup was perfect. After a long day on the go, sitting in the hot tub and watching the mountains straight ahead of me was the way to end the day and start relaxing. I would definitely stay here again! It felt like home.

Cozy Cabin

My husband, 15-year-old, son, and pet dog stayed at this cabin for several days. The location relative to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg are fantastic. The cabin itself suited our needs, and the air hockey table was a good way to fill downtime. As a previous reviewer stated, The yard leaves just enough space to allow your dog to do its business but not to get exercise. The main thing future renters should be aware of is that parking is challenging. The driveway is very steep, and though it looks like there is adequate turnaround space, our Ford F150 had a very difficult time maneuvering in the driveway. Overall, though, if you are looking for authentic mountain cabin, this is it.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the views and hot tub. The bathroom down stairs needs some towel hangers/hooks. Upstairs room was quite hot eventhough the outside temperature was in mid 60s.

Great time!

My family and I had a great time in Tennessee! The house was in the perfect location, with many beautiful views! The host was super easy to get in touch with, and was very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone i know!

Maybe not so dog friendly

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin. We were very happy to see it was pet friendly but very limited in the space we could walk our dog. Driveway was way to steep for us to walk and road leading up to cabin very narrow. We did find an amazing off leash dog park that we utilized while there. Excellent cabin and location

Close to PF great view from hot tub and fire pit

House was fine for small family of 4. Kids stayed upstairs and we stayed in main floor bedroom, we used the hot tub every day…kids (5 &8) loved it every evening while we had a fire in fire pit. Beautiful view from deck and hot tub too. FYI the driveway is not for the newbies of mountain driving! Used grill once. One update—could use a pizza pan! We cooked frozen pizza for kids and it was a mess. Less than 10 minutes to Dollywood ( you can see the service entrance and the bottom of our mountain!) and close to the parkway on pigeon forge. We went to Gatlinburg a few times and it was easy access. Great little place! Next door they are under construction of a new cabin—did not bother us much—-construction was in afternoon but I do feel for the owners—less privacy in the future.

Mountain Thanksgiving

This cabin was the perfect fit for our family of four with two college age kiddos. There is a pull out olin the loft and an upstairs bedroom which allowed plenty of privacy for my son and daughter. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the indoor space. We were able to host my brother and father for Thanksgiving dinner, most of the time we spent outside visiting. Very comfortable outdoor seating. The kitchen had enough needed cooking utensils/pans/dishes tfopr our family Thanksgiving. Highly recommend this location for a great family vacation.

Mountain recreation with a view

We enjoyed this cabin. Very comfy and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The view from the front deck is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed the view of the Smokies while resting in the hot tub. Air hockey table was a hit with the kids. Great to have a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meals. Cabin is great and well taken care of. The driveway is a little steep and challenging, but doable. We would stay here again definitely.

A beautiful location — convenient to everything!

The house was easy to get to and well appointed. We had a lovely time enjoying views and the hot tub. Housekeeping could have done a better job — random pieces of trash were found scattered about. And the grill could use some TLC (replacing rusted grill grates). Overall. a nice property!

Nice stay

This was a nice cabin. Centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. Steep driveway but we didn't have any issues. Basics for what you need are all in the cabin. The only thing we would change is the living room couch which was uncomfortable and worn out. This was a great reasonably priced cabin for two couples. Thanks.

Great mountain view, location, and charm!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was the ideal property and location for our mountain getaway. Close to activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Love that it was up the mountain with a great view of the vista. Updated and comfortable amenities. We'd definitely stay here again!

Close to everything

Enjoyed staying at the cabin. Easy to communicate with owners. Everything was clean and ready for our visit. We visited Dollywood and it was very close by. Cabin was easy to find and not too close to other cabins. Loved the hot tub and the view.
