About this property

Enjoy our recently updated home in downtown Culpeper. Our small home sits in a prime location within 1-3 blocks of amazing restaurants, breweries, and interesting shops. The house has recently refinished circa 1929 flooring and an updated kitchen with stainless appliances. Chic decor, high-speed internet (150+mbps), and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Sling, etc...) The house has two bedrooms. one bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two twin size beds. Guests will have access to the house and backyard with gas fire-pit, deck, grill, and seating. There is parking for four vehicles on-site and street parking on the road. There are many hiking trails within 30 minutes of the property and plenty to do in town and the surrounding area. I am available by phone 24/7 for questions. I run a few businesses in the area and myself or my staff will be a few minutes away if needed. This property received a 10/10 score on and is the highest rated accommodation in the town of Culpeper.

Best location and bed!

This location is perfect, eating on a walking distance is always a plus. I can’t talk enough about the beds in this place!!!!! The most comfortable sleep.

Perfect Location

The Nest is the perfect location for a few days exploring the quaint town of Culpeper. The house is the perfect size for a few adults, and has everything to make a comfortable stay. There are a good number of restaurants, breweries and shops within easy walking distance for a perfect long weekend on the town. We have family in the area and will definitely check to see if the Nest is available when we are in town in the future.

Absolutely PERFECT!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our visit to Culpeper. I would not change one single thing except maybe our length of stay! We both said we would have been happy to move in and stay forever - it was that perfect. Within walking distance to everything, extremely clean, responsive owner and to die for bedding!!!!

Perfect solution

This little house was a perfect way to visit a family member that has many dogs that I'm allergic to. They were able to spend time visiting before walking to dinner in Culpeper. We traveled with a widowed sister. She was able to have a room of her own without the added expense of a hotel room.

Charming house in great location

Spent a couple of nights while hiking in the Shenandoah State Park. House was very clean and well appointed for our stay. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants. Very comfortable and easy stay.

Perfect location and wonderful cozy house.

The house is perfect for couple or a family. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The location is ideal. Minutes from downtown bars and restaurants. Close to breweries and vineyards and great hiking. Eric was very responsive to our questions and had great recommendations. We will definitely return.

Great choice for small groups!

Enjoyed every moment of our stay! The host communicated with me and resolved a minor issue without hesitation!! Located in a cute little city, yet at night there isn't a bunch of noise (occasional cars, trains, etc). The house was pretty clean and the bed was amazing! Greatly recommend for a getaway near the Shenandoah National Forest! The fire pit was also an amazing addon.

Beautiful

Perfect location

In town for a wedding at Walden Hall. This cottage made our stay comfortable! Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, and lovely living room. We loved being in town and found a park to walk. The restaurants are plentiful and very good! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

Clean and comfortable little house - perfect for 2 people. Easy walk to shops and restaurants as well as access to lots of activities. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to Culpeper.

Cozy cottage

This cozy cottage is super comfortable and a stone’s throw from town. My husband and I were both able to work while we were there with the 2 desks provided and enjoyed walking into town to the coffee shop and Grill309.

We extended our trip. What more can I say?

This home was everything we needed! It was very comfortable and conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and a museum. Eric was very responsive when I had questions prior to checking in and even while we were there. We would definitely stay there again, if we go back to Culpeper!

Great location

Everything in Culpeper is within walking distance of the property. The house would be a smart place for a small family to stay and ride the train into DC. Plenty of decent restaurants in town for a weekend.

Cute stay in a small town

Eric's place was perfect for our getaway. The house is nicely decorated and we were able to use the outdoor space to really feel like a little escape. The location is great and walkable to breweries and restaurants.
