The house is accessible via our private driveway, building material is stone, and finished with wood imported from Switzerland. It consists of two floors, with the lower floor (140 m2 partly basement) mainly serving as a sleeping and sauna area. Both floors have both a private entrance and a shared one, and connected via a spacious entrance / staircase portal.
Residential floor 160m2 has a spacious master bedroom with a classic office furniture, linen cupboards, private access to balcony, and separate luxury bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. This bathroom also has underfloor heating.
Living room with open kitchen has a beautiful fireplace with wall heating and a fully equipped Miele kitchen. Also this is partly underfloor heating.

In the winter this part of the ski slope and connect Ritzhagen Slope with Sonnenhang Slope. You can even skiing reach the rear terrace. The Ritzhagenpiste with chair lift can also be reached on skis from the beginning of our driveway.
