Tranquil yard

Check in was easy. The house is large with plenty of places to sleep , if you have a large family. Plenty to do on the property alone. Screened in porch is where we spent most of our time and by the pool. The pool and hot tub were great! The yard is very private and fenced in which was nice. Great place if you’re just looking to relax . Plenty near by too!

This property is amazing. Loved the pool and hot tub. The fire pit area was amazing. The whole outside area is a tropical sanctuary. Loved the style of the home. It was clean and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any traveler looking for a relaxing peaceful get-a-way that is close to everything.

Great backyard!

We had a great time! The weather was beautiful and backyard was perfect. The pool was warm and the pool/hot tub controls were very easy to use. The plants and palms in the backyard make it so private.

Little getaway.

Nice place to unwind. Pool and spa was very relaxing. The house had everything you need to just sit back and relax. Nearby restaurant we enjoyed was the Lakehouse.

Great for kids of all ages - fabulous outdoor amenities

This house is a great option for families looking to stay near Bonita Springs. The owners communicated well before the stay started and were very responsive during our stay (I had questions about where to find things). There were plenty of beds, as advertised and the home easily accommodated our family of five. But by far the best part of the home was the pristine outdoor area. The pool and hot tub were great, and the outdoor furniture, hammock, fire pit, bocce court and basketball hoop were all used frequently. As was the beautiful ping pong table (and foosball table) in the garage. There were also bikes for everyone, although we never got to try them out. Overall, a great house with an outdoor area that exceeded expectations!

Gorgeous home, great amenities and close to everything!

We had high expectations coming in based on the photos and reviews alone and it still blew us away. Gorgeous surroundings and a beautiful, luxe, yet super comfortable home made our week away so special. We especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the hot tub and pool after our days at the gorgeous nearby beaches. The recommendations Michael left were spot on and helped us spend the week eating and drinking delicious meals and wine in Bonita Springs….you can even walk to restaurants. The house was so accommodating for adults and kids and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house - luxury soaps and products, bocce ball, plenty of bikes and kids books and toys to name a few. It was wonderful to have the seclusion of the house yet be so close to the everything. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing house and great location!

Our group felt so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here. The house and surrounding area are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hanging out in the tropical yard and family room. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops, you can even walk if you like. We can’t wait to stay here again but next time we want to stay for a longer period of time.

Great potential but needs improvements

The location was perfect and the house has ample space, but some challenges made the stay less than ideal. There were ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave anything on the counter for any extended period of time. also we encountered 2 Florida water bugs (aka roaches) in the master bath. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet a good cleaning. The house was well situated and very close to the beach and shops.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 days, me and my family. We had a great time. The property is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable time. Everything is very clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is exactly 5 minutes away and the other 11 .. which of the two is the most beautiful and quiet .. Great location and value!

It’s hard to beat this location - a few minutes from the beach and in the middle of everything in Bonita Springs. It is a quick ride to Naples and Ft. Myers. House is very well equipped for adults and kids alike, and the back yard is very private. The pool and bocce ball were a hit!

Beautiful Home, Amazing Stay, Great Host!!!

I was very excited when I booked this house for my family and I for a week long getaway to Bonita. The house exceeded my expectations (which were pretty high) based on the photos and reviews. It was very spacious, clean, and had many amenities. I really appreciate a host that goes the extra mile and this home was filled with those little touches that make a vacation that much better. They had many toys/games for the whole family including basketballs, ping pong, pool noodles, sand box, lawn games and legos. The kitchen (and outdoor kitchen) were fully stocked with everything you could need - there was even coffee, tea and sugar :). The yard is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE. We had fun exploring it and found pineapples, herbs, mangoes and native plants. Short 5-min drive to Bonita Beach, by the way Lowdermilk Beach, near Naples is close and awesome! Publix and restaurants super close, even walking distance. The communication with the hosts was quick, easy and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us!

The location was very nice in a neighborhood near shops and restaurants. House was clean with newer kitchen appliances and property managers had good communication with us. Amazing place and host!

I had a group stay here for a wedding in town and our host and home was nothing short of amazing. The property was extremely clean, had any amenity you needed, and a beautiful backyard for us to relax in, and close to downtown. The hosts were very responsive the entire trip and very accommodating to our arrival and departure needs. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Exceeded expectations, Wow what a great stay!

My family and I recently enjoyed a stay at this property from 9/1 to 9/5 and it really exceeded our expectations. To start, they have everything from ping pong, foosball, table games, toys for our 4-year-old, and Xbox for our 13-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son. There is even a separate upstairs living room with couches and a giant bean bag so they have their own space when they want it. The entire house is spotless and very modern and upgraded. There is plenty of room and extra beds too if you need them. The kitchen provided everything we needed, you even have the essentials like coffee, sugar, tea, toilet paper, paper towels etc. They thought of everything and that is often rare when renting property. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to find, and also easy to get in and out of. In fact, it is very close to some of the highest-rated restaurants in the area and we tried them all. You do not need to drive far to reach grocery, convenience, shopping, and as mentioned restaurants. Bikes are provided and we were very tempted to use them but found ourselves in the backyard or at the nearby beach the entire time. If you are looking for a private, and I mean private, not the privacy fence-only type property that is arm’s length away from a neighbor, then this is it! This is fully secluded as the tropical landscaping provides an oasis all on its own and you feel like you are at a private resort. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and very comfortable being heated. There are enough fun things provided for the pool as well including towels, pool noodles, floaties etc. Washer and Dryer provided along with detergent and trash bags. The hosts are especially kind and welcoming, and very fast to respond. The outside sitting area has a very large grill, an outside kitchen area with a mini fridge and freezer, a sink, and outdoor lighting at night to play games at the table. We did not use it, but there is also a fire pit located at the back part of the property with many comfortable outdoor chairs surrounding it. You really cannot go wrong renting here and I do not usually write reviews, but in this case, I made the exception because of how terrific the stay has been. I definitely will be looking at renting this place in the future.

We rented this house for a family weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Great common spaces and a massive outdoor kitchen. Love the indoor/outdoor living spaces as well. You feel like you’re at a private getaway. Everything was clean, and I don’t think the pictures did the property justice!

Great private home

If you’re looking for a great getaway with your family and friends, this is the place for you. Amazing backyard with beautiful pool and screened in porch. At arrival you will notice the cleanliness immediately. The owners have gone out of their way to provide visitors with everything (ping pong table, foosball table, bicycles, beach chairs, football and basketball). I also highly recommend visiting Barefoot Beach which is about 10-13 minutes away. Than you for a great stay!
