Leucadia Tree House - Beach Close, Tax & Fees Included

Tucked away among gorgeous homes in an incredible neighborhood. The Tree House is 600 sq feet, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. This calming, quiet and peaceful guest home has one full bedroom with a new pillow-top queen-size bed, one full bathroom, a full-size kitchen (including full-size appliances), eat-in kitchen/dining area, family room with a high end fold out sofa sleeper, and a sunny deck. The Tree House is perched on the second floor in a neighborhood with single story homes, looking out among mature tree

Fully furnished and has a new 47' smart TV (living room) and second smart TV (bedroom) with Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, You Tube TV, wireless internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen. For warmer summer days/nights we have mini-split A/C units in the living room and bedroom.

It is very close to Grandview Beach, one of the many amazing Encinitas beaches which has good surfing, swimming and a lifeguard tower.

The home was featured December 2013 on the cover of Coastal San Diego Homes magazine, an insert in the San Diego Union Tribune.

Close proximity to many restaurants, wineries, downtown Encinitas, the beach and other local activities. We offer a 'Local's Guide to Encinitas' for our guests - hand produced by the owners.

If you prefer to explore, check out all the north county beaches including Moonlight, Ponto, Swami's, Cardiff and Seaside as well as the world famous Torrey Pines State Beach where you can hike also.

Del Mar Racetrack and La Costa Spa are within 5 to 15 minutes. Close to multiple hiking trails and some of the best bicycling in California. It is a half hour drive to the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, SeaWorld, and a one hour drive to Disneyland.

The Guest house is privately situated above the main house. It has it’s own stairway access, is very private and quietly located at the end of a private driveway consisting of only 3 other homes.

Nichole Leucadia Treehouse
Amazing accomodation, so clean and fresh with absolutely everything one would need. Nichole was very hospitable on our arrival. A little bit isolated as We did not have a car so long walk to beach unless you jump over fence and cross train tracks, nice quirky cafes and restaurants nearby.

Perfect Encinitas getaway
This was the perfect getaway for my fiancé and I in Encinitas. The location is great, so close to many restaurants, the beach, wineries, etc. And the room is extremely great quality, cozy and comfortable bedroom, living space and kitchen that is well stocked. The windows show incredible views too! You won’t regret booking this spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, quiet apartment in Encinitas. The location is great -- walking distance to beaches, local coffee shops and stores, as well as easy access to nearby towns via I-5. The hosts are wonderful and the queen bed is very comfortable.

Clean Private Leucadia Apartment Weekend Getaway

Great business travel option for events at the Omni La Costa
Nice above-the-garage suite with a separate entrance. Well maintained and clean property. Full kitchen was great, but also has a lot of nearby restaurant options. This stay was for work and was conveniently located near the Omni off the 101.

Remarkable Value!
Having been on the road for greater than 3 weeks, I am so glad that we found this property and stayed there for 4 days. My wife and I enjoyed our time at the house. Nichole and Brian were cordial and informative. We enjoyed our brief conversation and above all the quiet and super clean tree house. One can't beat the location. Wonderful stay in Leucadia!
My partner and I loved our stay. The treehouse is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious on a quiet cul de sac in Leucadia. We especially appreciated the equipped kitchen with coffee and drinks. Definitely recommend to any couple looking for a quiet spot in north county!

Wonderful Experience
This is a hidden little gem in a quiet location, and walking distance to everything (restaurants/bars, shopping, farmer's market, beach, parks). It is incredibly clean and well stocked, and Nichole is an absolute pleasure to associate with. A great experience and we look forward to the next visit!
