Friday evenings include free fireworks display with Hawaiian live music and hula dancing on the resort's lanai.

Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experiance. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.

Your Hawaiian holiday in a luxurious condo will be walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shops and Waikiki attractions

Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking. (valet)

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Holiday in Waikiki

Property managers were very prompt with answering any questions or queries we had and I thank them for that. The apartment itself, while a little dated, had everything that we needed. The ease of checking straight in without the need for a key was perfect. Especially for the kids who could come and go as they required. The kitchen was fully functional and two bathrooms were essential with twin 17 year olds. The parents room was a bit of a retreat with our own a/c and bathroom. Heaps of storage for clothes and purchases meant we didn’t have to live out of a suitcase. It was a real luxury. The location was ideal. The view was spectacular, watching whales and the sunset a highlight. Quieter then downtown Waikiki, but had all the amenities within walking distance. The service from the hotel staff was fantastic. The pool and restaurant was used daily. Thank you for our dream “staycation”.

Ilikai 1110 Nice condo but needs a few updates

Enjoyed our holiday at Ilikai. Spacious unit with amenities we needed for our family. Good view of marina from 11th floor. Condo needs some updating like the very loud primary air conditioner. It runs none stop and makes it hard to have conversations in living room and lanai. Some sleepless nights because of it. Stove knob broken on one burner. Slow drain in bathroom but luckily did not clog. We appreciated the beach chairs and bag for going to the beach. Overall Ilikai great property but feeling its age. Escalator and an elevator often not working. Wallpaper pealing off wall pooling to floor and no one seems to notice. Easy access to condo using door code. No desk check-in needed. Just go to your room. Thank you for great vacay.

Beautiful room

Nice location. Beautiful views. The master bedroom tub was clogged and not drained prior to our arrival. I called the manager, they said they were sending someone to look at it. No one ever came. So the whole family of 6 just used the other shower.

My coworkers really enjoyed staying here. it was centrally located and close to Ala Moana mall where we are doing work. Clean and easy to access. great amenities and view. Will consider again for a vacation stay. thank you.

Great location.

Great location for sunsets, restaurants, excursions. Living space is comfortable for just chilling after a trip to the beach. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you choose to.

Great location/views but A/C unit noisy

The view is excellent overlooking marina/lagoon and wrap around to city. The property was in decent shape....the kitchen and furniture was nice. The main issue we had was the A/C unit in the main area was extremely loud. They had it replaced while we were there but it was just as noisy as the initial one. I believe the unit is not high quality and the insulation needs to be thicker to eliminate the rattling. It was so loud we turned it off at night since you cannot sleep. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

We love the ilikai and this 2 bedroom was perfect. Very comfortable and great location.

The condo was very roomy and comfortable and had everything needed. Check in and dealing with property manager was easy. We love the Ilikai location and would rent this unit again.

Everything you need is either in the Ilikai or within a block or two. Great beaches, scenery, shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean, attractive and well stocked with bath and beach towels, kitchen implements and dishes.

We call ourselves…The Hawaiian Girls!

We absolutely loved the place! It was more then sufficient for the six of us. I will miss the fabulous view we enjoyed from early morning to late at night! The Ilikai was fully up and running and we were close to anything and everything we could have wanted to visit…especially the Pacific beach! Look no further…this has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous stay in Oahu.

Nice property

Condo was dated but nice. Location was great. Had great views. Only negative was it was quite a walk to the beach for a family of 4 carrying everything. Condo staff was very nice and helpful. Also condo stayers weren’t allowed access to gym, only hotel guests. So that was a let down. Overall nice property

good location/ needs extermination svcs.

location was great and the room was exactly as shown online. However dishwasher did not work and there were lots of baby cockroaches mostly coming from under kitchen sink. Also beware there is no free parking and the fees are hefty. $28 per day to valet park. Also when you rent this property you will not have access to their fitness area, which was a bummer. Other than that yea i would probably stay at this location again.

Immediately when we walked into the condo, it was clear that cleaning was not being performed….There was a roach on the kitchen floor. The entire stay we were waking up to roaches everywhere. The dishwasher was broken and did not work to wash dishes, so we were stuck hand washing the entire stay. When I called the property management, no one answered or called back. The only nice thing about the property is the location and proximity to some decent restaurants.

Elevators

The property was nice but the negative is the elevator situation. The elevators are limited and we were on the 11th floor. Wait for elevators for my family of 5 took up to 25 minutes so we resorted to the stairs. 25 stories, and 5 elevators is not enough. Heard the same complaint from multiple parties.
