La Sirena is a bright, clean one bedroom upstairs getaway. Remodeled Spring 2020.
Full kitchen plus private deck with new gas BBQ.
The unit is on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs.
Maximum 2 (this includes children over 1 year old). Comfy queen bed in bedroom. Living room couch has a pull out bed.
Enjoy stunning views of the beach, ocean and mountains. Refresh your spirit in this tranquil beachfront place. Easy walk to town, yet private. You can watch the world go by from the large ocean-facing windows. Free WiFi, flat panel satellite SMART TV and 2 car off-street parking.
Backyard patio shared with guests staying at La Paz, our adjacent one bedroom rental unit.

A great starting point for walks on the beach, mountain biking, hiking, or exploring the beautiful West Marin area. The quaint village of Stinson Beach awaits with a wonderful bookstore, shops, restaurants specializing in fresh local food, and parks for your enjoyment.

Amazing Location!
The location of this property cannot be beat, it is right on the beach only steps from the sand. Even in December it was an absolute joy to walk out the front door and along the beach. The view of the hills from the back patio was also glorious. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished and is spotlessly clean. It has all the modern amenities and is very well stocked with all that you’d need. We stayed only a couple nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Jeff is a great host and we can't wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful holiday getaway
Our Thanksgiving holiday escape was just right. The location can't get much better and the lodging was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs as was the bathroom. The only thing we wished we had were extra blankets. We enjoyed keeping the windows open and listening to the ocean waves but it gets chilly. Overall, a great place and we hope to return.

Relaxing stay at Stinson Beach
My husband and I wanted a relaxing ocean stay for his birthday and this apartment was perfect! It is an amazing location with a gorgeous view, worked out great for our dog and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, etc. It's a beautiful stretch of beach that was so nice to walk down. It was also nice that beach chairs were provided to relax on the beach all day. The hosts were great and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Steps from the sand and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking. What else would you want? A clean and well stocked shelter makes this place ideal. On site parking with a well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. The grill was put to use but the fire pit was cold because there was no kindling. Have/would stayed/stay before/again.

We loved this cottage. What a view! It's compact, but well-organized and we had everything we needed. The bed is comfy, the kitchen well-stocked, the decor well-done. Jeff responded promptly when I tried to get in from a lockbox there instead of into the door pad (duh!!!). They have done a superb job managing the sound: We didn't hear a sound coming from La Paz. All we heard were the waves and the kids on the beach. That you for creating such a lovely spot.

Very lovely place to stay and enjoy the beach from the living room. Host is amazing and very accommodating. We try our best to make it out here once a year and this is the only place we stay.

Another great stay
We have now stayed at La Sirena several times and will hopefully stay there more. We love the convenience of the location, which is close to town, and its proximity to the beach which is just a few feet away. The apartment is just the right size for two people and has all the amenities you need. The decor has a modern, fresh, beachy feel and I love being able to look at the ocean while I drink my coffee in the morning and hear the waves at night. Our hosts have always been very responsive and kind. I highly recommend staying at La Sirena when you visit Stinson.

I cannot rave about this property more. The location was literally the best house on the beach. The views of the water are unobstructed. The interior of the house was spotless and was appointed beautiful. Even all of the cookware made meal prep/cook just like being at home. I loved this place and as soon as we were pulling out I was figuring out when I could return!

I am actually afraid to write this listing because I (not so secretly) want to stay here every weekend for the rest of my life!! My husband and I booked La Sirena For our weeklong honeymoon. The property was absolutely perfect in every way. Fantastic spot, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The amenities were wonderful, beach chairs awaited as did supplies for our little dog, EO products in bathroom. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we could ever possibly need. The decor has a modern, cottage feel and was very uplifting. The bed was very comfortable! If you needed one more reason to stay here, it was immaculate when we arrived and the host was a pleasure to interact with. Fantastic stay!!

The best
Sweet one bedroom with great ocean views from the living room and all you need in the kitchen. Well appointed. Listening to ocean sounds day and night. We stayed with our dog and they have all you need for your pup. Literally steps to the 3.5 mile long Stinson beach. We stayed a week and got in our car once to check out Bolinas (better organic produce there!)

Great Place on the Beach
This was our first trip to Stinson Beach and we checked several properties before deciding to stay here. We could not have been happier with that decision and we absolutely loved our time here hiking the trails in the parks and relaxing. The views are gorgeous! The front windows of the unit looks out over the ocean and so we had breakfast each morning while watching the waves breaking onto the beach and the back windows in the bedroom look out onto the mountains. We always felt like we had plenty of privacy even being so close to the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained and check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful place for us to explore. We will definitely be back!

We are two families that met and became friends while attending UC Berkeley in the late 1970's. We love the beach, the smell of ocean air, and the sound of the waves rolling up on the sand. We are beach walkers, surfers, hikers, nature lovers, and sand castle builders. We are excited to be the new owners of this wonderful beachfront property.

Why they chose this property

There is nothing better than eating breakfast and rolling right out onto the beach, or enjoying a cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean. From La Sirena you can walk down the deserted sandy beach or walk into town for brunch or an ice cream.

What makes this property unique

Unit is on second story, overlooking the beach. The property is beach front with a large secluded, peaceful backyard in full view of the mountains. 2 parking spots.
