Super base for visiting Granada and surrounding areas
The owner was extremely responsive and had good suggestions. The house is located very close to a modern mall and has plentiful parking available on the streets nearby (no cost). It is not central Granada (but this is easy to reach by car or public transport).

Our Vacation in Armilla
It was a quiet and pleasant stay that enabled us to explore not only Granada but also the other parts of Andalusia (Seville and Cordoba).

Perfect location and excellent accommodation
We were delighted by everything on offer at this property. It's location is excellent being just around the corner from the tram stop. There is also a large supermarket at the end of the road. Easy to get to and plenty of parking outside. Large rooms with comfy beds. Air con very effective. Courtyard private and quiet. Check in/out was easy and well communicated. Highly recommend.

"We really had a good tim...
"We really had a good time at this house. We booked last minute and were not disappointed. The house is in a lovely pueblo where we had cheap and delicious tapas and churros. The house is well located: by car it's at 10 min from the Alhambra, 10 min from the shopping centre and 45 min from the beach. Note that the house does not have a washing machine (but laundry is free is staying more than 7 days) and that the pool is two blocks away from the house. The house only has single beds which they are not convenient for couples. All of that is compensated by the lovely and friendly Victoria (our local agent) who is incredibly helpful and full of good tips."

Victoria was the best!
Before commenting on the place itself, let me just say that Victoria was the best host we've come across and nothing was too much of a hassle for her. Her English was perfect. We locked ourselves out (Victoria did warn us not to leave a set of keys stuck on the inside of front door because it means the other set won't be able to work from the outside but sadly we made the mistake anyway. She arranged to get us in without any fuss). We also couldn't find any supermarkets open on a Friday (random Fiesta) so she rang around for us to find the Carrefour was indeed open so we didn't have drive around aimlessly (Google maps opening hours were hit and miss and our Spanish is non existent). The place itself is great, plenty big for our family of 4 with 2 small boys (although it's probably half the advertised 240sqm) with a nice courtyard. Very clean. I would have liked a dishwasher but there wasn't one advertised so no surprises. 5 minute walk to the large Nevada Shopping centre with all the big high street names. It's possible to walk to Lidl for food shopping but it would be a bit of a slog back with a few bags so a taxi or car is recommended for food shopping and Carrefour and other supermarkets are a 5 minute drive. They have also just opened the Metro to come to the Nevada shopping centre which takes you to town. We couldn't work out the whole buying a ticket part as it seems you need a ticket or card first somewhere else and then top it up at the tram stop. Or the ability to speak Spanish at a basic level. We didn't try too hard and just got back in the car so it may not be that difficult. Finally a word on the Alhambra for any visitors to Granada. It's the most visited tourist attraction in Spain and extremely busy, and we were there at the end of September. You can't just show up and buy tickets (unless you queue from 4 am or something). Booking tickets online has to be done 2 months in advance so I hope you were a lot more organised than us. You can get tickets relatively close to your date by booking a tour but you do pay a lot more. So in a mild panic of missing out, we drove up there and walked up to an information desk around 4pm and asked what we could do. The lady there gave me a piece of paper with 'the new' ticket ordering website (not ticketmaster) and we booked tickets easily for the following day. (tickets.alhambra-patronato.es). Queueing the next day to collect the tickets is still a shambles so be patient and at least we got in

Belle maison spacieuse, proche des transports et du centre commercial (5 mn à pieds). Confort et climatisation au top. Quartier très calme et tranquille. Un bon moment d'évasion d'une semaine pour découvrir Grenade sans contrainte. Paz est également très réactive et de bons conseils.

Fabulous town house in a great location.
Beautiful clean and well-equipped house near a fabulous shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Very close to the tram so easily visited the centre of Granada, and drove to Alhambra Palace, the highlight of our trip. Victoria our host was really helpful in giving advice of where to visit. We would certainly stay here again if we go back to Granada.

La casa es perfecta, acogedora y con todos los detalles. Limpia y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta para trasladarse al centro de Málaga con el tranvía. Si prefieres el coche delante de la casa están todos los enlaces a las carreteras necesarias. A tres minutos tienes un gran centro comercial, con todo tipo de comercios. Victoria es un encanto, muy dispuesta a hacerte la estancia cómoda y fácil. Está encantada de darte explicaciones y ayudarte para que conozcas la zona y no vayas perdido. Es un placer encontrar personas tan serviciales cuando viajas. Si vuelvo a Granada, seguro reservaré con Victoria, gracias por todo.

You won't find more generous and lovely hosts anywhere in the wor.d
Perfect location near transport and supermarket/shopping centre. Great apartment with everything we needed. Victoria was very informative and spoke excellent English. She gave us every assistance with requests and when my husband was taken ill she rang an ambulance and her husband accompanied us to hospital to interpret when we saw the doctor. She and her husband took it in turns to stay with us for the six hours we were in Emergency and then her husband drove us to the Autobus Station. It was like having our family looking after us. I cannot speak highly enough of their thoughtful and caring approach.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu zweit im Haus von Victoria einfach nur genossen :). Man erreicht die Straßenbahn um in die City zu kommen in weniger als 5 Minuten, die Fahrt dauert dann 14 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Dabei hat man nachts (im Gegensatz zur City) absolute Ruhe. Vom Haus erreicht man alles fußläufig. In der Nähe befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man braucht (und noch viele mehr in der Mall). Das Haus ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt nichts vermisst. Ich kann das Haus und insbesondere Victoria nur jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns nochmal ins traumhafte Andalusien verschlägt (was jetzt wo wir es kennen sehr wahrscheinlich ist ;-))

Einfach perfekt und mehr als wir erwartet haben. Just perfect and more than we expected.
The apartment of Victoria is perfect, very clean and everything is there what you need for your stay. The location is very good. You can drive to Alhambra in 10 minutes by car. The old town can be reached by tram, the stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. Victoria is a great hostess. She greeted us very nicely and explained everything and gave us many good tips for Sevilla. If we come to Sevilla again, then again to Victoria. Thanks for everthing Victoria.

Séjour très agréable dans une superbe propriété
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Victoria qui nous a accueillie personnellement dans une maison toute fraiche. La maison est située dans la banlieue sud de Granada mais avec un accès très facile par metro/train situé tout au bout de la rue a coté d'un centre d'achat immense et ulta moderne. La maison est excessivement bien entretenue par Victoria qui nous a fait faire le tour et expliqué comment se rendre en ville et ou stationné gratuitement lors de notre visite de l'Alhambra. Trois grandes chambres a l'étage avec deux salle de bain complète,un salon salle a diner ainsi qu'une cuisine au rez de chaussée avec un accès unique a une cour intérieure qui illumine toute la propriété. Un oasis de paix en pleine ville quoi. De plus il est possible de stationner son véhicule dans l'entrée privée et de ne pas s'en soucier. Victoria a su répondre a tout nos questions avant,pendant et après notre voyage sans hésitation et avec une gentillesse extrême. Une vraie perle. Nous n'hésiterons pas a y retourner lors d'une prochaine visite dans la région. MERCI !!!!

Una maravilla. Muy acogedora y muy bien comunicada.
Hemos estado 5 días y nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa acondicionada, muy calentita,la atención de Paz extraordinaria, nos dió indicaciones de cómo coger el metro, donde aparcar si queríamos ir en coche, donde comer con mejor cantidad o calidad, que zonas visitar y a qué horas, que opciones de transporte público teníamos y a qué horas pasaba,.... en fin, una maravilla. La casa amplia y muy preparada, a escasos minutos un gran centro comercial con muchas opciones para comer y junto a él , la parada del metro que te deja a cinco minutos andando de la plaza que sube a la Alhambra, el coche en la misma rampa del garaje de la casa, el acceso en coche a la circunvalación de Granada, al lado, por donde accedimos al parking gratuito del cementerio de San José, que nos recomendó Paz, que está a 5 minutos del acceso a la Alhambra, supermercados cerca, en fin sin duda repetiremos. Todo lo anunciado en la página es totalmente tal y como es. Un gran acierto. Muchas gracias Paz.

Maison spacieuse avec un accueil formidable comme on l'aimerais à chaque séjour
Tout d'abord, un grand MERCI à Victoria pour cette accueil formidable. Toujours disponible, Victoria nous a conseillée avant notre séjour pour préparer nos visites. Elle s'est rendu disponible, tout le long du séjour, pour répondre à la moindre question. Dès notre arrivée la maison fut pleine de petites attentions, un mot de bienvenue en français, des fraises pour les enfants, de quoi se restaurer dans le réfrigérateur si besoin. Cette location possède tous les critères nécessaires pour une famille. La propreté est au rendez vous. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Grenade. Victoria a pris le soin de nous orienter et nous expliquer les meilleurs endroits de Grenade et sa région: - comment s'y rendre - les endroits pour stationner sans dépenser(routes, distances, métro...) Cette adresse doit être partager car elle est idéal pour sa situation géographique vis à vis de Grenade grâce au Métro. Proche de l'accès à l'autoroutes. Il y a même de nombreux restaurants d'en l'un des plus grand centre commerciale d'Europe à moins de 500 mètres à pied pour ceux qui le souhaite. Même si nous avons préféré les restaurants et Tapas prochent de nos visites journalières. Il ne manque rien à cette propriété, à louer les yeux fermés. De plus, cette région est parfaite, l'Alhambra est magnifique, Grenade très sympa, idéalement placer pour visiter cette partie de l'Andalousie (Cordoue ,Njera,Frigilana, la sierra nevada, Guadix, Ubeda, Malagua ect...). Seule regret, ne pas avoir pu profiter du patio, à cause du temps mitigé lors de notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons avec plaisir cette adresse pour passer d'agréables vacances pleines de rencontres, à commencer par Victoria bien sûr. Fantastic Apartment with Friendly and Helpful Host
We had a lovely stay for a week in Victoria's apartment - it's located in Armilla which is a suburb of Granada, with good transport links into the city (they were testing the trams but unfortunately they hadn't gone live, it will be even easier when they do). If you have a car there's plenty of parking near the apartment and it takes 5-10 mins to drive into Granada in pretty much a straight line, very easy to park (there are free places that Victoria told us about but the paid parking is only around 1 Euro an hour). We couldn't have asked for a better host, Victoria was so helpful and communicating with us all the time, when we arrived she gave us a quick local tour and pointed out where the bus goes etc. Nearby there is an Aldi within walking distance and a Carrefour about 5 min drive away. Victoria drew out all the helpful info we needed on a dry-wipe map in the apartment (genius idea!) so we could work out where to park, get the bus and even some points of interest to see in Granada, this was so useful and kept referring back to the map all week! Happy to recommend staying here to anyone, best host we've had the pleasure of dealing with in holiday rentals.

We had a wonderful stay. Victoria was prompt in responding to our emails. She gave us perfect directions for meeting her. She was a perfect host. Gave us lots of information about the house itself, the surroundings and places to visit in Granada. She always included information on the best ways to get around-bus, taxi, on foot, etc. We had a few questions during our stay and Victoria was always available via phone or whatsapp to talk. We loved the house. It is not in the center of Granada, but in a quiet suburb just outside (3 km) of the center. . Hop on a bus that comes every few minutes and you are in the center in 5 minutes. It was so easy! The house is large, light, well appointed and has everything you need to relax after a busy day in the city. We recommend staying here if you are going to Granada.

Gorgeous Granada Rental House
We could not have asked for a more welcoming and inviting home during our stay. The owner Victoria is helpful and very accommodating and the property was immaculate! With 2 spacious double rooms and 4 bunk beds in a 3rd bedroom we were spoilt for space. The lounge is cosy and the kitchen well equipped. The two bathrooms (one ensuite) were stocked with essentials and also well maintained. It is conveniently placed within 10minutes walk of the Nevada shopping centre which has an impressive selection of shops and restaurants as well as 8 minutes to Aldi if you want to eat in. It was also very close to Sierra Nevada about 30-40minutes drive which was perfect for our skiing holiday. With a rental car I wouldn't do it any other way. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was a lovely escape and a great find!

Agréable et idéalement situé
La maison de Victoria est très agréable, lumineuse, propre et confortable. Le quartier est très calme et proche de tous types de commerces. Victoria nous accueille en toute convivialité et nous explique tout ce qu'il faut savoir pour profiter au maximum de la ville. Nous étions à deux familles avec enfants. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté pour garer deux voitures devant la maison. Par ailleurs il est très simple de circuler pour accéder aux différents points touristiques, Victoria nous indique les parkings. Bref, une très belle location ! Muchas gracias Victoria !

Like at home
Victoria was very helpful in giving us advice about local amenities and attractions in Granada. The house was clean, smart and equipped with everything we required. The location is in a nice neighbourhood which was very convenient for getting into and out of Granada quickly and with all services just infront (biggest MALL in Spain "NEVADA SHOPPING") and with its own parking. We would be happy to stay there again.
