Wi-fi free, new house (2006) in Alcúdia decorated and tastefully furnished. With two bedrooms and a loft with room for 4 adults and two children, large living room, two bathrooms one in the pool, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, grinder, food processor, juicer, swings etc .. It has a spacious terrace, 1000 m manicured garden with flowers and rose garden, private pool with sun loungers and barbecue precious oven. It is surrounded by countryside in a quiet, intimate and quiet place. 5 minutes from the walled city of Alcudia and its beautiful old town and 5 minutes from the pretty village of Pollença, 3 km from Puerto de Alcudia where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and many leisure and fun. The house is warm and comfortable cozy with all the details necessary for a memorable vacation, we want our customers feel at home, CAN MALANYO you will love

Heavenly oasis
Lovely country side estate! Very private with beautiful private pool. House has two large bedrooms. One had two twin beds, which was about the only downfall. Kitchen was perfectly supplied, even lots of Tupperware! We had bikes delivered and enjoyed biking every day! Highly recommended!

Great house, secluded but easy access to towns
The house was exactly as described. Its location is ideal- no other houses nearby, surrounded by fields but 1 minute drive to the main rd into Alcúdia but no traffic noise. Definitely need a car but then quick to get to both Alcúdia and Pollença. The property manager was quick to solve any issues (additional key, fan for the mezzanine)..it was too hot to cook outside which was a shame as we would have liked to bbq and use the pizza oven but the temperatures were too hot. Whilst secluded the property had safe access behind gates. The pool is a perfect size and there’s lots of shaded seating too. A perfect house all round!

Wonderful villa
We had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The owners were so responsive and helpful, villa was clean and well equipped. Excellent WiFi and air con throughout (which was very welcome in 36 degree heat) lovely pool (don’t buy inflatables they have a stock of loads!) and outside area with comfortable seating, BBQ, pool shower area and pretty gardens. We can’t wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um zu entspannen. Der Pool ist grandios und reinigt sich perfekt. Es ist alles vorhanden und die Kommunikation läuft einwandfrei. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Online Inserat und Fotos entsprechen voll der Realität und die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der sehr freundliche Eigentümer hilft zeitnah wenn erforderlich oder gewünscht. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wonderful house for a great holiday
We really enjoyed our 7day stay at Can Malanyo. The house, pool and surrounding garden was even better than expected. We had everything you can wish for, the house was very well equipped for 6 persons wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Great outdoor spaces both close to the house and to the pool perfect for barbeque and socializing. A kitchen with all appliances with dining table and TV room in an open space, 2 separate bedrooms and a big bathroom in the main building that had welcomed air con. Separate house with bathroom close to the pool. Calm and relaxing environment in the secluded garden but still close, 7-10 min by car, to Alcudia and Pollenca city centers with stores and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and sightseeing points a short drive away. With the exceptional hospitality of the host we felt very welcomed. We can highly recommend a stay in this beautiful villa!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. the location is great, really easy to get to and just a short trip to lots of beach options. The hosts are always available and gave lots of good local recommendations. The villa has everything you need and the pool is brilliant. We will be back!

Wonderful relaxing stay
We felt very welcome by the owners. We took their recommendations for restaurants and a trip to Cabrera, the blue sea cave was a highlight. The villa is stunning. It is better than the photos! We spent many hours in the pool and had lunch on the veranda daily. It was very peaceful and the perfect break away.

Wonderful property
My family and I had the most wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful villa. The property and surrounding grounds are impressive, peaceful, clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities. Amazing views of the surrounding countryside and fantastic location with Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca close by. The owners were very attentive and keen to ensure we got the most out of our stay. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the very near future. We fully recommend this property to anyone considering booking. You won’t be disappointed!

Tolle Finca!
Wir waren über Ostern mit der Familie in der Finca und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage ist in einem top und sehr gepflegten Zustand und man kann das Haus sehr empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Alles top.

Ganz einfach: Es passte eigentlich alles! Klare Empfehlung.
Waren für eine Woche dort im April zum Radfahren mit drei Personen. Die Finca war für die Jahreszeit erfreulich warm (ohne zu heizen). Alles war sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die absolut reibungslose Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Joan und Maria Antonia war ebenfalls sehr erfreulich. Insgesamt eine glasklare Empfehlung.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung zum entspannen
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Man ist quasi allein und ungestört. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die gesamte Wohnung und Außenanlagen war sehr sauber. Man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Ich konnte keine negativen Punkte finden, die zu erwähnen wären. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Unser Plan war es 1 Woche in ruhiger, schöner Lage zu entspannen, und dieser Plan ist zu 100% aufgegangen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Ich war sofort Schockverliebt in die schnuckelige Finca. Der Besitzer, Juan, war immer erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Kleiner Tipp: ausreichend Mückenspray ist ein Muss!

Schön wars
Schöne Finca in der Nähe von Alcudia und Pollenca. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit tollem Pool und fantastischem Blick auf die Berge. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war überaus freundlich. Bei Fragen über WhatsApp war er immer erreichbar und als eine Kaffeekanne ein Leck hatte, wurde sofort eine neue Kaffeemaschine bereit gestellt. Wor haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
