About this property

Highway to Heaven lyrics must have been written while sitting on the balcony of this 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo overlooking the beautiful gulf waters of panama city beach. My parents began the annual tradition of a PC Beach vacation when I was but six weeks of age, and every year since we have listened to the ocean waves break on the most beautiful white sands in the world.

Oh, that balcony that certainly inspires a song? It is 10' x 28' in size, featuring very comfortable furniture suitable for long naps and breath taking sunset watching.

Room for your family: the master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom is complete with a twin over full bunk, and a twin over twin bunk as well. The living room sofa lets out into a queen sleeper.

Just a few minutes away is Pier Park, home to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Beach goers of all ages find some reason to visit often, maybe to catch a movie and enjoy an ice cream favorite afterwards. Don't miss the sea life at gulf world and the jetties at st. Andrews state park.

The condo is equipped with washer and dryer, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, dvd player and wi-fi. Put the beach towels and beach chairs in the blue wagon (all provided) and walk out onto the white sands.

Our family enjoys the condo sometimes during the year, and to help those who suffer a little with asthma and allergies, and to keep this newly furnished condo in enjoyable condition, we do ask that you honor our request of No Pets and No Smoking.

As the photos show Ocean Reef features a very nice swimming pool, hot tub, and an indoor pool (that means water enjoyment in the winter).

Great Condo with a great view

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. It was very well equipped, and the large balcony has a fantastic view. Ocean Reef is in a great location close to so many things to do.

Perfect location

Ocean reef is settled on a strip of the beach that gives you plenty of room to enjoy the gulf waters. The condo was clean, filled with the perfect amount of linens, kitchen supplies, and had a super spacious balcony. We ate on the balcony every time we stayed in and really enjoyed the unit.

Wonderful World Series trip

Beautiful beach views from the balcony. Spacious, clean, and well-stocked condo. Ample beds to accommodate our family. Perfect for our family getaway for our daughter's World Series.

Great Condo

Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely will plan to return! The condo itself was great and the view was amazing. We had a little trouble getting our parking pass the first night but they brought it to us the following morning no problems. Great property and not too crowded!

World Series Beach Stay

We had a great time at this condo. The location was in walking distance of great restaurants, as well as the ballparks that our son played at. The staff was always friendly and informed. Access to the beach and pool area was great. If we come back to PCB, we will book here again. (We also enjoyed having a specific parking spot.)

Perfect!!

The condo was perfect for our family! We vacation in Florida several times a year and this was the cleanest, most well stocked condo we've stayed at. Beautifully decorated! Located close to Wal-mart, Pier Park, and attractions. We plan to book this condo for all of our future vacations!

Fantastic

Great condo, beautiful . The balcony is perfect to sit with coffee in morning and watch the ocean. The Ocean Reef complex is kept up so clean and beautiful. Danny Sharp is great to work with. Hope to go back next year. Walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.

PERFECT BEACH STAY

Our family vacation to the beach was paired perfectly with this condo stay! The condo was exactly as expected. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. We reached out to the owner twice he responded quickly to the questions we had. Our family enjoyed breakfast on the deck and late afternoon pool time. It was nice to have restaurants, coffee, donuts, ice cream, pizza, putt putt golf (a family favorite) and go carts within walking distance - so convenient! We appreciated the quick elevators and the friendly and helpful staff members at the condo. We will definitely be back! The Hawks

The pictures don't do this place justice!

This is a wonderful condo in the Panama City Beach area. I've stayed in a LOT of condos in my life and this one was by far one of the most beautiful I've seen in terms of decorations and quality of furniture (can I hire these guys to decorate my home please?) It's on the 9th floor so the view is incredible. Also, the balcony is HUGE and trust me when I say you're not going to want to even go to the beach because the condo is so cozy and lovely. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Just make sure you have a car so you can eat out at the amazing seafood restaurants within a mile from the condo. I will definitely be staying here again. Loved it!

Summer 2014

We absolutely loved this condo. You step off the elevator right to your door. It's so up to date and the decor is beautiful. The condo was so roomy and clean. And the over sized balcony over looking the pool not to mention the view of the beach was amazing. The only thing i didnt like was only 1 parking pass, we were able to get a visitor pass for the overflow across the street that had 8 spots and was always full. But we made the best of it. Thank you Danny for renting us your condo we will defiantly rent again next year..

Great Experience

This was a beautiful property. Very well maintained and modern. Perfectly situated in PCB for shopping, minigolf, go carts, and plenty of beach amenities without being in the hustle and bustle of Pier Park traffic. Overall we had a great experience staying at this location during our family vacation.

Lovely Property

The condo was tastefully decorated and pretty. Everything was clean and well stocked. This building is our favorite to rent and this property did not disappoint. The only small snag was that there was no parking pass in the condo, as we were told by the parking attendant that it should be. We received a warning to have one in our car, and we could have called to get one, but as we were leaving in the morning, we didn’t bother. All in all, it was a great experience and we would rent this unit again.

Awesome condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef! We have been spending a week of fall break in PCB for many years. This was our first time at Ocean Reef. The unit was a little smaller than what we are used to, but it was still very nice. Since the resort doesn't have luggage carts, we were very thankful for the cart in the laundry room to not only use at the beach but to also help cart in our luggage and groceries. I was happy that the assigned parking spot was on the 1st floor of the garage. The beach was not crowded at all since Ocean Reef is not as big as some of the other condo resorts. I was also happy that this unit has a full-size washer and dryer and that there were nice beach towels in the unit. We will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

My first vacation to Panama City Beach was at six weeks of age, and the visits have been every year since. Ocean Reef is centrally located to every attraction PCB has to offer, and access from Panama City Beach Pkwy (Back Beach Rd.) and Hutchinson (Middle Beach Rd.) is quick and convenient.

What makes this property unique

Just wait till you see the glorious sunsets from the very large balcony accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Look carefully in the mornings in case the dauphins are swimming parallel to shore about a hundred yards out.
WE DO NOT RENT TO SPRING BREAKERS, so our condo remains clean and well decorated.
