Tastefully furnished and fully equipped 2-bedroom/2-bath third floor unit with screened lanai offers a lovely unobstructed partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is updated and finished to provide all the comforts of home in the vacation paradise of Siesta Key.
Everything is up to date, including a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room that accommodates 6 people comfortably plus an adjacent breakfast bar with stool seating, a large, comfortable and conversation friendly living room with a 50” Samsung flat screen smart TV. Both bedrooms offer quality mattresses; the larger bedroom has a king-size bed and the smaller bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have excellent lighting, walk-in closets, dressers, nightstands and smart TVs. The bathrooms are modern and have ample vanity counter area and excellent lighting. The unit has a tile floor throughout the kitchen, baths and living areas, with new laminate flooring in the bedrooms.
