Beach House with amazing rampo instead of stairs for easier access. Fish Stix is an adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath gulf view home located around the 3 mile marker in Ft. Morgan. The location of Fish Stix allows this home to have unobstructed gulf views and is actually situated the same distance from the Gulf as some of our gulf front homes (without the gulf front price). This house has a ramp to the deck (Please note that the ramp is NOT ADA approved. It is called an easy walk ramp but is wide enough for a standard wheelchair) adorable decor, amazing unobstructed gulf views, and a wonderful price. Fish Stix is the place for your perfect beach vacation! FISH STIX IS NO LONGER A PET FRIENDLY HOME.
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. This home has a 3 day minimum year-round and is not pet-friendly.

Fish Stix

We will Always love Fish Stix! Our favorite is sitting on the deck watching the Dolphins in the Gulf. The house is 4 houses from the beach. 80 yards ( I believe) to the water. Each time I've reached out to the property manager, they are always so nice and helpful! The Ramp really came in handy, as most hosts in the area are many stairs. Weather permitting, open the window, and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing.

Perfect location, functional house

Upon arrival we were surprised that the house was pretty dirty. We had to spend an hour wiping counters, sweeping, cleaning dead bugs in the window sills, wiping shelves before we put our things on them etc. This house is pretty dated, but that didn't bother us, it is very functional and the kitchen is very well equipped. However, almost every dish, cup, pot, silverwear we took out of the cabinets was dirty and had to be washed before use. Caked up dust on all the decor, lamps, light fixtures and baseboards and vents, not very appealing. Dirty fingerprints and just stuff on walls, doors and cabinets, microwave is falling apart and dishwasher was very finiky and spots on the carpets and rugs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house is literally a few steps from the beach!

Excellent FishStix

After a little missed communication with the manager all was in readiness when we arrived. Two couples had plenty of room and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. Cheerful artwork (we were in the Mermaid Room.) Very close to a beautiful beach, which we could see from a roomy well-furnished balcony. One great feature was the ramp to the upper floor. It was so easy to to roll our luggage and supplies in the cart we brought. Excellent, quiet, quality lodging, in a superb location.

Fish stix

House was so cute. Needs a good deep clean but not nasty. Had everything we needed plus some. Would only recommend upgrading the mattress in master bedroom too firm for us but other room was great. Wish we had, had a blow dryer but no big deal. View of ocean was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony so much. Very relaxing time. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time at fishstix. So close to the beach. The house had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Decorated so beach. Great cable and WiFi. The house had beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a cart to haul it in. We also had a BBQ. This home is not perfect but I was always at the beach and would stay again. I hope I can.

Simple Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Fish Stix. The location in relation to the beach was perfect. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and everyone we met, neighbors, construction workers, fellow beach goers, were all so friendly. We hope to be back next year!

Fun by the Gulf

Easy process to rent. Great house with excellent location. Nothing too fancy, but you’re not paying for high end appliances, etc. If you’re looking for that, you shouldn’t be doing a beach vacation. Location of this house is great, with excellent view of the beach and Gulf. Loved the deck!

Girls family week

Every year we have a girls trip. This year we chose Fort Morgan. We loved the area. The home was in a great location. We had a good view of the water and only a short walk to the beach. The home, though clean, does need work. Nothing major but more cosmetic. There was water damage on the floors and walls. Loose exterior vinyl. The kitchen and baths are nice but you definitely want to bring some good skillets and sharp knives. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

It was OK

Mattresses in all three bedrooms are terrible. Ice and water on refrigerator didn't work. House was not properly cleaned. There was sand all over the floor and we found multiple items that belonged to previous visitors. Including underwear, a sock, a pair of glasses. And a ziploc bag of medications that was just sitting on a shelf.
