Beautiful and comfortable home in the Dory Pointe subdivision just a couple blocks to Kiwanda State Beach and restaurants. The Dory Pines has 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa. The master bedroom has an En Suite. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals to eat at the dining table or to enjoy on the deck that borders the BLM forest where you will also find a walking trail. There is a propane BBQ and a fire pit. A smart TV is located in the upper level loft. Pacific City Oregon is your perfect coastal getaway with plenty of outdoor activities such horseback riding, surfing, kayaking the Nestucca River, fishing, along with miles of white sandy beach perfect for beachcombing or just relax and watch the sun go down. Make your reservation today to enjoy a slower way of life.

Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.

We get together every year--sisters and cousins. This home was perfect for our group and we had a great time. Plenty of room for games, eating and sleeping for all. We especially appreciated how clean everything was upon our arrival.

Clean, comfortable and with better amenities than most VRBO locations. Bedding was nice. They don't get the cheapest of everything. Favorite place so far.Nice, wooded walking path right behind house. Very close to beach. Quiet. Beautiful town. Kids, dogs, adults loved it! Only suggestion that would make it 100% perfect is to fence in a small area behind house for dogs to be out without leash. The fact that they allow for dogs at all is generous, of course. Thank you for the great stay!

Fantastic beach getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has a nice layout. It is a short walk to the beach. There is a nice outdoor space with a large deck, table and fire pit. It backs up against a green space.

Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course.

Nice house great location. The house desperately needs blinds in bedrooms and master bathroom. I noticed other reviews mentioned the lack of blinds. It’s an issue that should be corrected

Beach getaway
Great house for the family and close to cape Kiwanda and Pelican Brewery. The house is very comfortable and spacious with some nice woods and nature trail out back. Our only issue was the kitchen was a little sparse on utensils and kitchen items. We don't need much, but a colander would be nice.

Nice location and good help from property management. Negative issues with the house are that the furniture, towels, cooking utensils are old and all are worn out and need replaced. Found broken and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Owner of house has failed to keep it up. Walls are dirty, broken vertical blinds in kitchen.

The property was what we expected but a few things that seemed strange. There were no curtain or window coverings in the bathrooms so people could see in while you were using it. Also in the master bedroom there was a window facing another house with no window covering right next door. In the morning the sunlight shines in starting at 6:00am.so you can not sleep in.

Great Location and Perfect for Family
We spent several days here with my sister and husband visiting from Utah. Property is very close by to the beach (we walked to the beach via small paved trail across from the property) and also to the woods behind the property. Great for our dog to enjoy, too! The quick hike up the hill behind the property lends itself to a breathtaking coastal vista (weather cooperated for us, too, so that helped!) The house was very clean and ready for us - ample space for our group of six. Relatively quiet but adjacent highway is a bit noisy along with some construction in area that makes for a bit more noise during the work day. Timely communication with property manager and everything was according to directions/instructions. We'd happily stay here again.

Clean, comfortable & set up well for us. We had three sets of family members who met here for the holiday weekend. Easy access to beach walking & restaurants. Nice wooded area out back with outdoor seating & fire pit. Pet friendly & manager was very responsive & easy to work with.
