About this property

Our charming and spacious (1300 sq. ft.) second floor unit is located in the friendly neighborhood of Saratoga Colony at Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club. Enjoy the lake view from the large screened lanai. Heated pool, hot tab, tennis courts, and a single car garage are a few of the amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a table and four chairs. The dining room seats 6 people. You will love spending your leisure time on the 15 ft. lanai, which has comfortable chairs and table. We have free high speed internet access. The unit was recently renovated: new paint, carpet, dasher and dryer.

Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is a bundled golf gated community. You would enjoy the 18-hole championship golf. Community also gas lighted tennis courts, olympic sized heated pool, and large completely renovated club house. The club house has two restaurants, a bar with casual dining, fitness center, library, and billiards rooms. The grounds of Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club are beautiful and very well maintained. The community has miles of walking, jogging and biking paths. The club offers a lot of activities for owners, tenants and guests including fitness classes, line dancing, aerobics, muscle conditioning, and yoga. The Fitness Room has weight machines and cardio exercise equipment.

Minimum stay is 45 days. Additional discounts are available if rented from March and April 2019.
