The place was neat and tidy but outside area was very unkept. Although we only stayed for the one night outdoor area was very messy, garden over grown etc. Place was extremely quiet and roomy. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Attended a funeral.
The property was dated but clean inside however the outside courtyard was unusable. Badly overgrown weeds and grass everywhere, spiderwebs everywhere, and the clothes line had only 2 out of 6 lines usable with 4 broken and dangling down. It wouldn't take much to clean it all up, which suggests the manager is only interested in taking your money and not on maintaining the property to a suitable standard. Will not stay there ever again!

Needs some maintenance
There were so many cobwebs between the air conditioner and the ceiling they were also in other places and on some windows. The outdoor area was overgrown and there were dead leaves and weeds all over the patio. It was not pleasant to sit out there. The fabric lounge needs replacing it was rather stiff in places from what I presume were spills.
A well equipped unit with everything we needed to refresh and revive on our drive from Melbourne to Queensland. Location was perfect for visiting family nearby and had excellent access to shops and fuel station. The house needed a little airing on arrival, but was fine after that - great bed in the main bedroom. Thanks for having us.
The accommodation was in a great location for us as near my daughter’s place and we could walk to the shops. It had a functional layout and suited our inter generational needs. The only criticism I have is that the courtyard was unkept and needed weeding as the grass/weeds were quite long. I would highly recommend for families or older people.
Really good spaces, couches and dining room that make you feel at home and perfect to sit around with friends. The rooms were clean. Only issue is that I had to contact customer service to get into contact with the owner as they had forgotten I was staying
I thoroughly recommend this place to stay in if you want to visit Canberra. It is in a quiet location but very close to a supermarket and other shops, lots of take-away choices as well, all within a 5 minute walk. All places of interest easy to get to, maximum of 1/2 hour drive from the house. Very clean, lots of room, we traveled with our two grandchildren. Really appreciated the coffee machine and plenty of pods available.
