Our Piece of Paradise is close to the beach, restaurants, nature, history, attractions and fun! Every kitchen need and cooking essentials, luxury linens, beach necessities, books, games and toys in the condo!
Come relax in this condo with its beachy decor and full amenities with neatly-groomed grounds and a short walk (900 steps) to the beach.

Walk into a bright and comfortable living room ready for relaxing with a choice of books, a variety of games and lots of DVD’s if you get tired of streaming TV or the Internet. Then move into our updated Kitchen with granite countertops with all the comforts of home. You should find what you need for making a quick bite or gourmet meal. Enjoy it in the well-lit dining room with table,seating for 6 and a ceiling fan. Then retire to the large master with a queen sized bed, with two closets and ample drawer space where you can watch streaming TV in private. Master bathroom is beautifully updated with hotel quality towels. Guest bedroom has a platform double bed and a twin bed with smartly decorated in a new fishing theme. Find closet and drawer storage and lots toys and games for kids. The Guest bathroom is also updated in a Flamingo theme. Get that St. Augustine feel with the beach decor throughout. Washer, dryer and iron available for your needs. When you decide to enjoy the outdoors, you can sit at the cafe table and take in the breeze on the porch or gather up our chairs, umbrella, blowup rafts and toys and head the short distance to the beach. There the kids can play in the splash pad by the pier, swim on the beach that has lifeguards, play volleyball or bocce or just have an ice cream at Rita’s. Ready to head out for the night? Lots of wonderful restaurants are just a short distance on the island. You can also head into town for a variety of dining and nightlife.

Roomy condo 10 minute walk to beach

This property is a second floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo equipped with everything you need: dishes, cookware, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cart to carry it all! There’s also a nice swimming pool next door. It was everything we wanted. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Warm stay at a lovely home

Easy access to beaches and historic St. Augustine. Thoughtful notes helped us enjoy our stay and appreciate all that this charming condo had to offer. Well stocked kitchen and soothing decor. Sometimes the lights on all the electronics in the master bedroom were a bit too much, but the judicious use of the many pillows addressed our concerns. The sense of family and their love of this home was clearly evident. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was exactly as it appears in the pictures. Nice and clean and very well stocked - the owners have thought of everything! Communication with them was great also. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. We look forward to our next visit here!

Very nice place near St Augustine Beach

Apartment is nice and clean and very near the beach. (5-10 minutes walk to the Pope Rd beach access). The apartment complex is well maintained and quiet. Location is just across the parking lot from the pool, and the pool is nice and clean. Apartment pictures were accurate and captured the feel of the apartment well.

Cute Bungalow

Convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Accommodations were clean and the Keurig was stocked. Community pool is right next door so you can go to the beach and then a swim in the pool conveniently. I would stay there again.

St Augustine Beach condo

The condo was an adequate amount of space for our 4 week stay. It was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The walking/bike trail was really great and we walked almost every day. The floors in the condo were not clean. Our socks were very dirty every day and I tried Nottoway walk around in bare feet. On the days that I did, the soles were black and I had to wash them before getting into bed. The kitchen is quite small but had most of what was needed. There was very little space to keep groceries because there were multiple sets of dishes and glassware. We enjoyed the Keurig ! The outside space was just a corner of a busy walkway, so we couldn't enjoy it very much. The picture in the listing confused us.

A true piece of paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Every modern convenience you could want or need, pool is directly across from you and is a good size. The beach is a short walk, or drive if you prefer.. Close to several restaurants, shopping options and not far from downtown if you prefer to explore some. The owners were easy to work with and the check in process was easy.

Best beach house on the block!

This VRBO is a phenomenal home. Situated within walking distance of the beach and across from a pool, this place is all about location, location, location. We have never been to St. Augustine, and we now have a full week of amazing memories at this VRBO and around the island. The place is clean, exceptionally well kept, and has that great beach vibe that anyone should want. Renting the place was very easy, and Mary was highly accommodating. We experienced only one very minor issue (not their fault!) and Mary was on top of it instantly. The closets have everything a family would need for the beach, which was delightfully unexpected, and all the kitchenware for a stay. There were even toys for the kids to play with, books to read, magazines to browse, brochures for activities around the island, and movies to watch. We loved our stay here so much and would ABSOLUTELY love to stay again! Thank you, Mary and Derry!

Amazing apartment

Our family had an amazing summer vacation in St Augustine. The apartment exceeding expectations. Fully stocked, like I was at home. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment is a few steps away from the pool, just perfect. Beach is walking distance, but there was always parking available if driving is preferred. Apartment is close to many restaurants and attractions are not a far drive away.

Not so much a gem

I’ve NEVER had to write this type of review! So here it is… Here are the Quotes from the description of the property and what it actually was: “Enjoy it in the well-lit dining room with updated table and seating.” TWO chairs were broken and my mom almost fell out of the chair! UNSAFE “Master bathroom is beautifully updated with hotel quality towels.” Towels had holes IN THEM and the grout had mildew/ mold! Shower head full of soap scum! “The Guest bathroom is also updated and smartly decorated.” Again grout full of mildew/mold. What really did it for me were the critters on day 4 and 5! I saw and killed roaches. Not to Mention, the snake when putting out the garbage. I never left because In my mind, there is no point in leaving so late in the vacation. Early on, The property manager was contacted about other smaller issues but that was just to inform her of some things that are broken. She was receptive but it became clear that she has not cared for this property for sometime! She stated that she was unaware of the problems. I highly doubt that and understood that she just made excuses. Her other attempt to resolve the issues was AFTER we stayed for the week! Her Answer was “Sorry you wouldn’t get to enjoy any of these updates.” That does not help me, the current renter. She also stated that some repairs were done in June…my rental was in AUGUST! The property manager is absolutely failing to take care of their home for renters and does not take responsibility other than apologies! It is unsafe and not clean. I’ve stayed in condos before and never had these issues. I also treat peoples property or home like my home and with better care. With all that I dealt with, her home was left according to her notes and emails! The exact way I found it. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this rental ever!! But if you can find somewhere close by, the beach is absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of unlike the property!

My husband and I enjoy sharing St. Augustine with our children and grandchildren. We love the beach, the restaurants especially Mango Mango's and Cap's, the splash pad, The Alligator Farm and all the history and culture. I want you to be comfortable whether you are being active or hanging out on the beach.
I am fluent in American Sign Language for Facetime. I also speak some Spanish, German and French.

Why they chose this property

We LOVE St. Augustine! We wanted to have our own little piece of Florida here and to be able to share it with others. It is located in our favorite part of St. Augustine Beach, close to everything we love to do.
