This is a nice quiet place even though it is on the edge of town. Suited our week stay. Near to Saguaro National Park, Mt Lemmon and not far to Tombstone and the beautiful historic church.
The casita was quiet and relaxing. Close enough to town to get to restaurants, and shopping, yet far enough away to feel the tranquility of the area. I took a day trip to Mount Lemmon amongst a few evenings of fine dining and mornings of branching in the area. Sat on the deck in the evenings and watched the quail wander in. So peaceful
I stayed for a week by myself and felt like I recalibrated. I was met with plenty of amenities and room to breathe despite it being a small guesthouse. It is close to other properties yet secluded enough to ensure privacy if the main house is not occupied. It gets plenty of daylight and is quiet day and night. I did see a lot of wildlife (coyotes, bunnies, big lizards) but that is typical throughout many parts of Tucson. It feels like a place someone might stay to focus on a project in peace.
This is a nice side of town in that it is safe and well-kept. It is quiet and requires a car, although shops are not too far away. A bike could be ok if you can do hills. Limited delivery options but affordable groceries nearby.
The hosts are very responsive and kind. Wifi works great. Appliances work great. The house gets very cool if you prefer that. The bed is very comfortable.
I would only recommend to bring a flashlight to watch out for critters outside as it gets very dark when the sun goes down. If you hope to use the couch for sleeping, I would only recommend that for a very small person.
The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our needs throughout our stay.

This Villa is amazing!!!
This was such an amazing place to stay. Being able have all of my needs met was amazing. You are less than 5 minutes away from the City and 10 steps away from nature. I was able to see humming birds, quail, cactus wrens, etc. It was fantastic. The Villa had everything I needed. I was more than comfortable and felt very safe. I will definitely rebook next time I am in town.
