Why they chose this property
This unit has been completely remodeled and renovated as of March 2018. The view from the back patio is serene, scenic and private. Vista Harbor is a very socially active condo community with activities and theme parties occurring year round. I am very proud of this condo and the remarkable transformation it has achieved. I strived to make it as attractive, comfortable and livable as possible. This property is my 2nd home so, you can be assured that it is very well kept for your stay.
What makes this property unique
Vista Harbor is truly a wonderful condominium residence. It is perfectly and conveniently located on Vero Beach mainland with highly convenient access to local amenities and scenic roads. The people are the nicest, friendliest and always socially active. Most are retired and hail from NY/NJ and CONN/MASS. Seasonal renters from Canada and Germany too.
Nightly social activities in clubhouse weekdays (season months) and themed parties monthly. There are several wonderful resident cooks in this community and the nearby restaurants are among the best that Vero Beach has to offer - within walking distance!
You will certainly enjoy the food and experiences!
