Single level living features a large, screened porch, 4 window air conditioners, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, HD Smart TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, outside shower and deck. 2-minute stroll to beach and just a short distance from Bethany's boardwalk, shops and restaurants!
Ocean Village is coded as a medium residential neighborhood by Sussex County; therefore, this home can only be rented to family groups.
Overnight vehicles are limited to four (3) and must be parked at the property. No beach parties in excess of 20 people permitted on the beach.
