This beautiful 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home features a private pool with spillover spa, entertainment loft, theater room, and more for all members of your party to enjoy.

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an elegant furniture package, open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, living area, and dining area. Prepare quick snacks or gourmet dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar with seating for 6. The living area allows you to sit back and relax with plush leather sofas, a 65-inch 4K TV, and views of the pool area. Head through the sliding doors to soak up the Florida sun and spend the day in the private pool with spillover spa. The pool area features 4 sun loungers, a dining table with seating for 6, a summer kitchen with BBQ, and views of the golf course.

On the ground floor, there is a combined theater/games room with a 110-inch projection screen, 7 theater seats, 4 bar stools, PS4, Xbox One, and 4 gaming chairs. On the second floor, you can find the loft area with a 65-inch 4K TV, slate pool table, royal poker table, 4-in-1 casino games/bar, and an additional seating area.

The home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with the first master suite located on the ground floor with a king-sized bed. You can find the rest of the bedrooms on the second floor with two more master suites with king-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is a kid's bedroom with two full beds and a Star Wars arcade game. There is another kid's bedroom with two twin-sized beds.

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
