A rare find! This spacious townhome-style property sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald green water and white sugar sand beaches are just steps from the 2nd-floor walk-up condo.

After a memorable day at the beach, relax with an icy cold beverage on one of the two balconies. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the shore while reminiscing about your day at the beach. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room with a 65-inch flat-panel television, comfortable furniture, and that amazing view. The main floor also has a half bath. This unit sleeps 6 people.

Imagine waking up looking directly at the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king-size bed facing the water. The large master bathroom has a shower with dual heads and a welcoming large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an additional twin day bed, trundle bed, and en suite bathroom.

Great view, very comfortable unit.

Very nice, bright unit. Great location. Could use a paint touch up job. Also, the outdoor shower was not working, so could not rinse sand off. Great beds and couches. Unit has all you need. Communication with property management was great. Answered my text messages quickly and professionally. Someone even met us there upon arrival to assist with any questions. We love Pensacola and have been coming for years. Clean beaches and very family friendly.

This property was ideal for us. It was a low impact building with easy access and excellent ocean views. The location was a little beyond the central area activity, which made it quiet and peaceful. Sam was very friendly.

Beach Perfect!!

We’ve stayed at numerous beach front properties and I can say, out of all the places, this was the closest to the beach!! The condo was very comfortable, roomy, clean and overall a great place. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Wonderful property, perfect beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach paradise. The property we perfect! We arrived early and it was already ready for us and the property team met with us right away. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. The beach was one of the best beaches we've visited in Florida, beautiful sand, perfect water.. The pool was a nice option as well. We loved it so much that we called to see if the condo was available for an extra day and we were accommodated immediately. Loved the town and the restaurants as well. Highly recommend and I hope we can return soon! Thank you!

Great Beach Get-away

This property was as advertised…clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We had everything we needed for our week long stay, and the location of the property couldn’t be any better…far enough from the crowds around the boardwalk but just a short drive to many great restaurants on the beach and in downtown P’cola. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the balconies watching the dolphins swim by, followed by long walks on the beach towards Fort Pickens. We even got to see some of the Blue Angels practice from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Second time staying here, still great!

This was a very nice townhome and the location made it even better. Great views. Only downside were the stairs to get to the unit, mainly when unloading/loading. The unit more than made up for them. :)

First time to Pensacola Beach

This townhouse is very nice and the location was ideal. We appreciated how comfortable the furnishings were. Couldn’t be closer to the water. The view was awesome! If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this property is not for you. We went to see the Blue Angels final show of the season which we would highly recommend.

Great Location

Two part review. The property itself is a 5 star. Quick, easy walk to Peg Leg's. Perfect location to the beach. Away from the hustle and bustle near the hotels. I would recommend the property for this and may stay here again. The management company piece is nothing special compared to other VRBO properties I have stayed at in the past. Probably worst furnished for daily use items. No sponge, no simple cleaning stuff such as dish rags, etc. Two kitchen towels total. No frying pan but there were several hot plates. Shortly after our arrival we realized the main floor patio needed to be swept to help cut down on sand in the condo. I thought it was not done because it accumulates sand so fast that it wasn't work trying. But not true. We swept it every couple of days and it helped a ton. The floors were also already sandy at the time of our arrival. I expected more from the cleaning fee. They ask you to remove all sheets, do the dishes, and take out the trash. They request you start a load of laundry but they do not leave any detergent.

Beautiful accommodations with FABULOUS views!

My husband & I took our 18 yr old daughter and two of her friends. This townhouse was perfect! There was plenty of privacy for all even though both bedrooms were on upstairs level as unit is spaced out nicely. Very quiet. Wonderful master suite with private balcony overlooking Gulf and walk in shower in bathroom. Also, a balcony with Gorgeous view of Gulf off spacious living room! This unit would be hard to beat! I definitely recommend! (And if you have ANY questions, great property manager available to help!)

Very nice but needs a good cleaning

The property location is nice, and the floor plan spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the furniture needed cleaning, surface dirt and sand, especially the living room chair loveseat and sofa: we cleaned quite a bit before sitting down. We relayed this to the management company and we were told that deep cleaning doesn't happen between each rental but she would relay my comments. Also, the extra pillows in the closet were stained and dirty. Overall it is a very nice property, just not as clean as other places we have stayed. Can't see us returning on future trips.
