Location only good thing about this unit. Should have known when I was asked the day we were arriving how many people were staying here because they would charge me for more, even though unit says sleeps 4. We booked to stay 4 nights here, and ended up leaving after the first night, less than 24 hours of being there. Now we are being blackmailed for a good review pending any sort of refund. Doing the right thing however so no one else gets screwed by this place. Unit was DIRTY, even though we are also being accused of making the mess. Screws and nails are sticking out of the walls, so if you get caught up in one I would consider getting a tetanus shot. Sand, hair, dirt, and nails on the floor that we swept up the next morning before even going anywhere. Bathroom cabinets, back splash and sink had spit and who else knows what other debris on/in them. Toilet paper was stacked on the back of the toilet because the rod was missing from the toilet paper holder. Cupboards missing knobs, but you can find that in the drawer under neath the oven. Your supply of pots and pans to cook consisted of two small pots. You can hear every foot step going upstairs and conversation as well. We were supplied with two towels, only because there were 2 of us staying here. No hand towels in the bathroom, but they did give paper towels. A single hand towel and wash rag was in the kitchen. The hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen was dishwasher rinse aid, which is also what was supplied to clean any dishes. I am floored by the cleaning fee, and this place was not cleaned for that amount of money prior to our stay. You’re better off paying more for a hotel on the beach than staying here.
