It consists of two tastefully decorated bedrooms. A large and bright triple room, and a double room

Big house in suburban Rome

We had a lovely stay here, the host was very friendly and we had plenty of room to spread out in the bedrooms. Remember to bring your own cooking oil etc. if you are planning to use the kitchen, as there is none provided, and also bug repellent as there are many mosquitos in the beautiful terrace in the warm months. It was only a short walk to the station, and the neighbourhood felt safe. There is good gelato and pizza nearby, non-English speaking stores but worth the translation effort!

Quiet and comfortable base station

We enjoyed staying one week in this spacy and quiet apartment. Located close to the metro stop, it was a good base for all our visits to the centre. Although style of the apartment is not very modern, it provided everything we needed. Our host Anna was very kind.

Appartement confortable et agréable

L'appartement est spacieux et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a tout le nécessaire. Les chambres et les lits sont spacieux. La salle de bain est bien , seul bémol la douche qui est étroite et le jet de douche est en mauvaise état. Linge de lit et de douche propre et confortable. Quant à notre ôte, Anna est accueillante, disponible et discrète. L'appartement est dans une rue calme et fleurie. Dans les alentours, il y a de nombreux commerces ouvert tard le soir ainsi que des restaurants. Et le plus important est qu'il se situe à quelques minutes du métro Battistini ( métro A) Ce séjour fût très agréable et si nous revenons sur Rome, nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement.

Schöne große Wohnung mit Terrasse

Eine Wohnung, von der man mit der U-Bahn in ca. 15-20 min. in der Innenstadt ist. Schöne Terrasse draußen zum Essen, insgesamt schön viel Platz. Die Dusche ist für große Leute etwas schwierig wegen einer Stufe in der kleinen Duschwanne. Und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett!

À recommander, bien relié au centre de Rome

Propriétaire très à l'écoute, quartier calme, terrasse ombragée, espace intérieur agréable. Seul bémol: la baignoire-sabot n'est pas très pratique pour des seniors. Mais le reste est parfait.

Anna was a great host. The check in and out process was very easy and convenient. The location is perfect and quiet. The home is clean and comfortable. The grocery store is a short walk. We will rent again.

First visit to Rome

The flat proved ideal for our week in Rome. We went to Rugby match at Olympic stadium, visited tourist sites in centre of Rome, all easily reached via metro and bus. Flat in a good area for food shops, bakery and coffee shops. Anna good host, left us alone but responded to enquiries quickly. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Anna was great.

Anna was great. If we had any questions according her property she responded right away. The appartment was in great location, five minutes walk from metro station. All necessary supplies were available to cook, to sleep to live. Few grossery store were local. It was wonderful vacation for two weeks. Nice accommodation for visiting Rom

It's a big accommodation where you have much space. There is a beautiful terrace with many plants. You have everything you need. To get to the busstation and the underground you only have to walk a few minutes. Anna is a very kind, helpful and obliging host!

Great host

Anna was a great host, reaching the property was easy (it's on a small hill, but not as bad getting there as in some other parts of Italy, it's just a couple of blocks away from a metro station), in the neighborhood you'll find some street food and a bakery with nice pastries, other than that there's not much to do, just going to the metro to move to other sites of interest. The apartment is quite big, the 5 of us were very comfortable, the only downside was the kitchen, most of the pans need to be replaced, so if you plan to cook there, you might have some trouble to cook for more than 2 people. In general it was a very positive experience for us because all we wanted was a clean place to sleep with good public transport, this was exactly that.

Great trip to Rome

We loved this apartment. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro, with a short ride to everything you want to see in Rome. There is a beautiful private deck and garden outside that we had all our meals on. Anna is a lovely person and was available to answer all questions.

Perfect location to visit Rome.

The apartment was very comfortable, everything is there. The beds are fine and it is, also because of its location near the metrostation, an excellent place to discover Rome. We had a very nice time.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt für einen Rom-Urlaub (ca. 5 - 10 min zur Metro), ist ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L appartement est à 7mn à pieds du métro battistini, il faut 10 à 15 mn pour rejoindre les centres d intérêts, petit extérieur bon rapport qualité prix et Anna l hôte est très gentille.

Wonderful Flat in Perfect Location

We absolutely loved Anna's high-end apartment. Anna was excellent at communicating with us, and her place exceeded our expectations. It's beautiful, super clean, and well-furnished in a quiet street. Close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Minutes from Rome's main attractions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
