Tenerife in February

We found a very nice and clean little appartement with a small but nice garden. A very good place to go to the beach or explore the island. David is a very understandable and serious host. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to other couples.

Enjoyable holiday but could have been made better

Apartment lovely and clean, well equipped and everything there that we needed. Balcony was lovely to sit in during the morning, but due to the garden that needed to be cut back, no sun on the garden past lunchtime. Also, from us arriving to leaving, the pool was not available, even though the sign ststed being maintained from the 17th to the 19th (our holiday was the 22ns until the 1st) When we were met at the apartment to gain access, we asked about this and got met by a shrug, and no further investigation

Nice appartment but with construction noise from the neighboorhood

The appartment and the whole complex were very nice. Unfortunaletly, it was not mentioned to us before that there are several construction sites in the direct neighboorhood. Due to the construction noise the terrace was unfortunately not useable during the day.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement nickel et conforme au descriptif, tout était très propre à notre arrivée Terrasse et petit jardin agréable même si ils donnent côté parking André s est adapté à nos horaires notamment de départ et nous a fait totalement confiance Encore merci!

Vacaciones en tenerife

Aconsejo este apartamento todo muy limpio muy buenas condiciones y el trato ya ninle digo nada mas yegar como yegavamos tarde david (andres) nos recibio con la manos abierta nos estaba esperando apesar de hora ke yegamos y tubo un detallazo nos compro algo de comida y bebida para cuando yegamos eso fue todo un detallazo eso no lo hace cualquiera el trato fue superior y muy buen agrado el sitio encantador y muy tanquilo todo muy limpio os lo aconsejo de corazon

Estancia perfecta.

Apartamento muy tranquilo y espacioso, con wi-fi, televisión de pantalla plana y un enorme jardín para descansar y tomar el Sol. A unos pasos de la playa de la Tejita y el Centro Comercial La Tejita. Todo lo necesario para descansar y desconectar sin necesidad de coche. Vacaciones perfectas y ninguna queja. Apartamento muy equipado sin echar en falta de nada. Recomendado 100% y con ganas de repetir.

Perfecto

Pasamos casi el mes de agosto completo en esta propiedad. Nos encantó el equipamiento así como las zonas ajardinadas y las piscinas. El nuevo centro comercial a menos de cien metros también es una comodidad a la hora de comprar o ir a cenar con mucha oferta. Los propietarios siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad. Repetiriamos sin dudarlo.

Exactly as we wanted and hoped :)

Everything was perfect for us. The apartment is in a superb location, is clean, attractive and has everything we needed. We always enjoyed coming 'home' in the evening after a day out! David was very friendly and helpful too...I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return some day :)

Perfekter Standort für einen schönen Urlaub

Eine sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Appartment mit einem sehr netten Besitzer, der einem in allen Fragen hilft. Der längste (und schönste) Naturstrand Teneriffas ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Autostrasse. Zum Abendessen ist man gleich in Los Abrigos mit seinen Fischrestaurants bzw. El Medano mit einem breiten Gastronomieangebot. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!!

Semana de relax en La Tejita

Hemos pasado unos dias muy tranquilos,el apartamento grande y el jardin muy bonito con arboles y plantas. Tuvimos suerte con el tiempo. Se puede caminar por la montaña roja, que nos encanto y recorrer las playas cercanas. El Medano,muy cerca y bares, restaurantes, tiendas surferas... etc,... Unas vacaciones para recordar

Hemos estado unos días en el apartamento de el Médano un matrimonio y una niña de dos años. El apartamento estaba muy límpio y teniamos todo lo necesario para nuestra comodidad. Tiene un jardín y unas piscinas donde disfrutar (una para adultos enorme y una para niños) ya que el tiempo acompañó todos los días La playa de la Tejita y la montaña roja son impresionantes y se puede ir a ellas dando un pequeño paseo. Sehr zu empfehlen, ich bin superzufrieden

Meine Erwartungen waren übertroffen, super gemütliche Anlage, toll gepflegt, modern und mit Geschmack ausgestattet. Besonders ist natürlich der wunderschöne Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen, Schmetterlinge, Hummel und Vögel:-)Der vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereitt, ich fühlte mich gut betreut. In der Nähe sind viele Möglichket für verschiedene sportliche Aktivitäten, für Natur geniessen, die nah liegende Bucht ist perfekt fürs Baden, Laufen, Abendspaziergänge und Nachtsbaden beim Mondlicht. Oft kann man Meeresläuchten sehen, wenn man nachts ins Wasser geht, zauberhaft! Zu Fuß ist auch El Medano zu erreichen, da gibt es viel Freizeitagebote für die Tage aber auch für die Abende fürs Feiern. Ich kann es nur immer weiter empfehlen.

Unos días de relax

Los días de vacaciones en el apartamento han sido maravillosos. El alojamiento estaba limpio, muy cómodo y con un amplio jardín que daba a la casa un espacio de relajación y frescura. Las instalaciones están muy bien, sobre todo la piscina, a pesar del viento constante propio de la zona. El sitio te permite realizar actividades de ocio, principalmente senderismo por la multitud de senderos de alrededor y cuyo punto culminante es la subida a la cima de Montaña Roja. El único inconveniente es la lejanía de zonas para comprar cosas básica, agua, pan, etc. Teniendo que disponer de vechículo para desplazarse hacia el Médano, núcleo más cercano. En general, todo muy bien. Espero volver pronto!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage war perfekt. Es war wie beschrieben alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Teneriffa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder, und möchten uns hiermit noch einmal bei David bedanken. Apartamento perfecto!

Hemos estado 10 días en el apartamento y hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo y está en una zona muy tranquila, muy cerca de la playa y muy bonita para pasear tanto hacia el Médano como hacia Los Abrigos. El propietario es majísimo y muy atento, se preocupa de que esté todo perfecto. Si volvemos al Médano seguro que repetiremos!

Es war perfekt für mich!

Das Apartment hat meine Erwartungen überholt, tolle Lage am weitläufigem Strand, Ausblick auf das Meer und den Roten Vulkan ist herrlich. Es gibt viele Pflanzen und Blumen, ein werklich paradiesischer Garten. Alles ist sehr sauber, gut und mit einem ausgezeichnetem Geschmack gepflegt! Alles für einen guten Urlaub in der Umgebung vorhanden, allerdings muss man ein Auto zu Verfügung haben. Der Vermieter ist super nett, ich habe sofort wieder gebucht und auch meinen Freunden empfohlen! Danke für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Einfach nur schön!

Lieber David, wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle recht herzlich bei dir und deiner Familie bedanken. Unsere 14 Tage auf Teneriffa in eurem Apartment, waren unser schönster Urlaub, den wir je gemacht haben. Die Anlage in der sich euer Domizil befindet ist wunderschön und sowas von gepflegt. Das sieht man wirklich nicht oft. Euer Apartment entsprach absolut euren Angaben. Gemütlich, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist wunderschön gelegen, lud aber zu unserer Reisezeit leider nicht zum Baden ein, da er nicht beheizt wird. Wir haben jedoch, dank eines Einheimischen, eine wunderschöne Bucht gefunden, in der wir nahezu alleine waren und in der es im Gegensatz zu den anderen beiden großen Stränden, El Medano und la Teijita, fast windstill war. Und da der Wind zu dieser Jahreszeit mitunter doch kalt sein kann, waren wir sehr froh über diese kleine Bucht. Wir haben im Süden Teneriffas das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben, keinen! Massentourismus, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und zwei schöne Orte, El Medano und Los Abrigos, zum verweilen. Einkaufen kann man im nahegelegenen "Mercadona" unser Favorit bei Los Abrigos oder bei "Hyperdino" in El Medano. Wenn man guten Fisch essen möchte können wir nur das "Familiar" in El Medano empfehlen. Gute Pizza kann man im Restaurant "Wairua" essen. Das Wetter war zu unserer Freude auch sehr schön. Stetige 25 Grad. Fazit: Super, erholsamer Urlaub! Lieber David, wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder, dann allerdings für 3 Wochen. Herzliche Grüße aus Hamburg, z.Zt. -15Grad.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Wir waren da am Ende des Septembers 2011 und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Angaben im Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung waren vollig korrekt. Wir haben eigentlich weniger erwartet. Der Appartment ist sauber und gepflegt sehr gut ausgerichtet und ausstattet. . Sehr ruhige Lage .Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch. Die Wohnung hatte alles , was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht : ein Garten(gibt es Möglichkeit zu grillen) , sauber und gepflegtes Pool im innenhof. Bis zum Sandstrand braucht man zirka 400 meter zu Fuß. Einziges: ein mietwagen ist ein Muss. Die nexte Stadt, wo man einkaufen kan , liegt zirka 4 km von der Wohnung. Also für uns pesönlich ist dieses Angebot empfehlenswert. Nextes Mal mieten wir es wieder.
