PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Tropical Birds Two-bedroom townhome is a 2-story floor plan vacation rental in the gated and upscale residential community of GOLD COAST ARUBA. This townhome has downstairs an open plan living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with 3-bar seats, a 6-seat dining table, a queen-size sofa bed, a TV, a full bathroom, and access to the fenced patio with 4-seat dining table and (charcoal) BBQ-grill.

Both bedrooms with attached bathrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, built-in closet, balcony, and attached primary bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, balcony, and attached bathroom with also a shower.

Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living area, a private parking space, hot water, free wireless internet, three flat-screen TV (in the living room and each bedroom), in-room washer/dryer facilities are all available for your extra comfort. Living Like A Local In Aruba

I have previously stayed in the Gold Coast community on prior trips to Aruba, so I knew what to expect of the location. This two bedroom townhome offered plenty of room for my son and I. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There were plenty of linens… sheets, towels, beach towels, etc. It included all the basics of home and was very clean and comfortable. There were also some beach items for us to use, including a rolling cooler and beach chairs. The air conditioning worked great and we found the beds to be quite comfortable. The proximity to one of the smaller pools at Gold Coast is a nice bonus for anyone with children. We were just two doors down from the pool. I truly enjoy staying in the Gold Coast community and this townhouse is a wonderful option to rent!

Very quiet area!

We love Aruba and we stayed at different hotels, condos and etc. Gold Coast is very quiet area, gated community. We always rent a car and that’s a must if you decide to stay anywhere else except hotels. Property manager Ronaldo was very communicative before our arrival and upon check in. The toaster didn’t work and he delivered a brand new the next morning. There were plenty of towels , bedding sheets. Beach chairs, coolers. Kitchen was well equipped with everything. The only minor problem was the cleanliness of the pool that was the closest to the property. However the other 2 pools were nice. Gas grill by the pool was clean , and we have used it without problems. We would definitely consider renting here again. Thank you GC and Ronaldo.

Great stay

Great location, house very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utility needs. 2 minor issues, no hot water for showers, luke warm like the ocean and no light outside front door, difficult to see at night.

Gold Coast Aruba review

Overall our stay was as expected, however we had to deal with 2 minor and one major issue. The outdoor entrance light did not work, so entering the villa at night was a little challenging. The neighbor said it hasn’t worked in the 10 years, he has been there. The second issue was dryer not working, but when contacted, they came the next day and found the exhaust was clogged, and repaired. The major issue was the downstairs bathroom is experiencing a bad case of mold, because the dryer exhaust line runs thru the ceiling. This seems to be a problem with the dryer vent not working properly. The grounds were maintained and the resort restaurant was very nice.

Great condo!

This is a great condo to stay in! If you are not familiar with Aruba, it’s not walkable to the beach or restaurants but it’s quiet and a beautiful property. The stairs to get to the bedrooms are a little steep so if that is an issue for you then this might not be the right property for you. The condo had everything you could need- beach chairs, cooler, everything you need to cook, beach towels, and a hair dryer. The full size washer and dryer is perfect! And you are only steps away from 1 of the three pools that the complex has. Check in and out we’re so easy, and I always felt safe in the complex! It was a great trip and I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The first day we arrived we were greeted by comfort rentals representative. Who gave us a tour of the home. Was really impressed with our townhouse. The home had enough room for a family of five. The home was well equipped. We weren't missing anything. Provided a cooler, beach towels and four beach chairs. Two steps from our unit were the pool and outside gas barbeque. The grounds are very beautiful and maintained The location was near to everything. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you for making our stay memorable!!!
